Everything was pretty good, except I didn't appreciate the lack of care for my yard such as my plants and such. Also when shown the demo of the gutters I was un aware that the holes that the downspouts were connected to from the gutter had to be manually cut. From the videos and the materials I was shown they looked precut and very large. But when I saw the techs cutting the holes it made think about whether they cut them large enough or not, as I was shown in the demo video and with the demo equipment. The clean up I felt was not done that well, b/c I kept finding large nails and metal in my driveway and patios, although I was told that they would walk around with a metal detector, but that didn't happen, they only used a blower. Other than that the techs were really nice and did follow my direction when I had to address them.

Gutters look great and install was very professional. Installers addressed all my concerns. Have not had sufficient time to determine gutter performance yet as I have not had a chance to see them in action. Of note is that I did not have an opportunity to do a good walkaround inspection of the total install due to the fact the install ran well past sundown. I think the install was a bigger job than the salesman figured. My only negative comment is that the sales approach is akin to buying a car with the salesman having to clear pricing with his manager. In my opinion, they would be better going straight to the bottom line pricing and to gauge the customer's knowledge of the product. It is not always necessary to run through the "Powerpoint" presentation as it is off-putting to customers who do their research. Other than that, the experience was not terrible. After the sale, the install was great, but took longer than anticipated

It has been a very rainy spring and I am very happy with the quality and performance of the product. I had no prior gutters, live on an aggressive grade, and needed to protect my crawl space from accumulating water. Great up front customer service and explanation of the product and what to expect for installation. The quote was the most expensive I received from several companies. Somehow the rep was able to "find" discounts until I was comfortable with the final numbers even though it was still at the high end of my budget. LeafGuard was installed the next day. There seemed to be disconnect between the sales team and install team, but everything was cleared up after a phone call. My only true concern is a slip in customer service after the install. I've reached out to my rep with some questions about the financing agreed on and some system adjustments, and have received no reply. Despite that, I am pleased with the decision to go with LeafGuard so far.

The one and only reason this is not a complete five star review is that to date I still have not received the down spout run off pieces though I have asked for them multiple times. I have exchanged my desire for receiving these items to both my sales representative and the regional supervisor who both assured me they would make sure I received them. I believe I paid for these items and though I only am requesting two of these items for ro two back downspouts I still have had nothing delivered or heard any update in over three weeks. To me this is not the proper way to treat people no matter what the circumstance. Beyond that the installers did a wonderful job and the quality of the products I have are wonderful. I am glad to have LeafGuard on my home but felt I should let leadership know that some small details are falling through the cracks.

Expensive! Salesman initially asked $18K to remove old gutters and install the new LeafGuard. I said no. Next he offered to get it done for $13K plus. I said no. He made a phone call and then offered to do the job for $11K. After discussing the work to be done further, when it would be accomplished, number of workers, time to complete work, cleanup after completion, etc., I accepted. Four men showed up on a poor weather day (cold and damp) and went straight to work. They were friendly and knew their jobs well. Completed all work and cleanup in approximately four hours. Though I am yet to see the new gutters performance in a hard rain they have been as advertised in the rather dry month since installation.

The gutter system really works better than our old gutters though it'll be put to the test in the fall. My house gets thousands of leaves from my huge trees in the wooded area behind it. My house looks better. So far, so good. My biggest complaint is the installation crew. The cleanup was not as good as it should have been. I understand it's easy to lose nails and screws in tall grass or leaves. But, there were too many that were just lying there along with pieces of sheet metal and other sharp pieces that could have caused injury. I have grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as dogs, who could have been seriously hurt. I still find things nearly everyday. I should have been warned to watch out for these things.

Four stars vice five due to issues with revisits to correct some leakage and flow issues. Communication between repair teams and scheduler seem to be an issue. Repair team said the scheduler would be contacting me for a revisit because the team did not have everything needed to correct the issue - appears the scheduler did not relay everything that had to be done - and I wound having to call the scheduler after waiting for two weeks (this happened more than once). Sales representative was outstanding.

The gutters were installed in a timely manner. The men were polite and very professional. However, when we decided to pay by check, it has been nothing but trouble ever since. The bank which handles the credit for the gutters does not acknowledge the check we gave the installer the day of the installation. It has been a hassle ever since then. I hope our credit scores are not affected by this problem of miscommunication between LeafGuard and the bank.

I was able to get them out the very next day! They finished in a few hours and the gutters made my house look differently! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I need to contact them to come out to check one area that leaks. Other than that, highly recommend.

I feel that the gutters ares top quality. The installers were polite and efficient. The salesman was polite and well spoken. However I feel I was rushed into the sale. The installers showed up before I could exercise my right of refusal so I feel like the sale was forced and I paid probably double the actual value.

The product seems really good. However, the office I was working with (Albany, NY) was another story. Hardly anything I was told was accurate. When they thought they were finished, and left, there was still a down drain hanging on the side of my house. Only when the supervisor came and saw the problem was it fixed.

Could have been better for what it costs. Installers forgot some parfs so had to come back to complete. Left quite a few metal screws lying on the ground in lawn and driveway. Had spillage during 1st rain after installing so sent them vjdeo and they aent out a crew to adjust a week later. Seems to be doing ok now

Our salesman said we would only need 3 downspouts and it appears he was wrong. The installers left a tremendous mess on my pool deck and the gutters were scratched in a few places. They did fix the scratches, and are working to correct other issues, but I am not as happy as I had hoped.,

The fellows that did the work were excellent. They were very professional and did an excellent install job. After the install I did not receive any follow up calls. It had been mentioned that there may be discounts for placing a sign on my property? There was no follow up on that which is a missed opportunity for the company. Although I am located VERY far out in the "country", I live on a road where literally hundreds of cars pass on the weekends. I am on the road to the Old Rag Mt. trailhead. Most folks who do the hike are from N VA or Maryland. Satified with the product.

Every aspect up to and including installation was great. It was a large job and they stayed to complete it. Have had heavy rains since install and system works as promised. However, the crew broke a flood light bulb up under the eave and I called next day to have them come and replace with a spare bulb I have but several weeks later, no joy and I don't plan on calling again . Will replace myself.

The gutters for the house, the pavilion, and the shop in the back are fantastic. My only dislike is the amount of screws bolts that were dropped or left on the ground for potential of popping the tractors tires. Found an excess of 30 dropped sharp screws From the gutters. Service was quick gutters are fantastic. You can’t ask for better gutters and down drains and received from leaf guard.

The gutters look great and they did a great job. Even though they ran a metal magnet over the work area to pick up nails that came out of the original gutters that they removed...we still found about 23 nails that they did not pick up and one ended up in one of my tires and since it was in the side wall I had to purchase a new tire on 4-15-24. Which cost me 280.00 at Vandergriff Toyota...that is where the nail was located when I was having my oil changed and tire rotated. I kept the nails in case Leaf Guard wanted to see them.

Changed the gutter system previous year and it has been top notch experience so far. It is providing me with excellent protection against clogs and keeping my house safe against the water damage which i find very helpful. Talking in terms of installation i would say i never expected it to be this much swift process. No worries to clean them regularly that saves me a lot of extra service charge.
