Unscrupulous business! Overall, there were many problems on multiple levels. Some examples are as follows: 1) The salesperson lied and told me that the entire system is enclosed. I found out for myself about 6 months after installation that some of the panels at valleys have perforations, so pine needles (Douglas fir trees around my home) can get in and clog. 2) One technician broke a window and then tried to say 'it just happened when he wiped the water off'. 3) Salesperson also told me that the product comes with quarterly maintenance. Lendor told me in 2024 that they had been giving me quarterly service as a courtesy but would only do annually moving forward. I just found out now (April 2026) that they are not doing annual service either. I would have to agree to pay $200 service call, which might or might not be refunded as part of their so-called "lifetime performance warranty".
