Four stars vice five due to issues with revisits to correct some leakage and flow issues. Communication between repair teams and scheduler seem to be an issue. Repair team said the scheduler would be contacting me for a revisit because the team did not have everything needed to correct the issue - appears the scheduler did not relay everything that had to be done - and I wound having to call the scheduler after waiting for two weeks (this happened more than once). Sales representative was outstanding.

I think the product quality is great, but a sales person should not be promising a design that installer cannot accomplish. Our installer tried to put a downspout in the middle of the run, where we specifically said we did not want one. The sales person told us it would work fine without a spout in the middle, but the installer discovered a low spot. We made him take the spout out because the water would have ended up in our basement, but now the low spot has no way to drain and just spills over the top of the gutter. I’m going to have to tear part of my roof apart to fix it. It’s not the installer’s fault, he told us this would happen, but ultimately, he could not deliver the product that the sales person promised.

The gutters were installed in a timely manner. The men were polite and very professional. However, when we decided to pay by check, it has been nothing but trouble ever since. The bank which handles the credit for the gutters does not acknowledge the check we gave the installer the day of the installation. It has been a hassle ever since then. I hope our credit scores are not affected by this problem of miscommunication between LeafGuard and the bank.

By design, water never gets to the mounting screws which causes facia boards to rot, gutters to sag and fall. I just had my installation late this past winter and anxious to inspect early this summer. Before LeafGuard, I had to deal with clogged gutters and downspouts twice a year.

They didn't clean up metal scraps or screws I have called a few times no one's called back because of the stuff they left laying around I had screw in my tire and very disappointed that myself or my animals could of been hurt by the pieces of medal that were left laying in my yard especially thank god I found the metal before I ran it over with my lawn mower or that one of the kids didn't fall on it or get cut and then when we told the guy he couldn't run a downspout down a spot that it would drain into my foundation he told us well I'm not coming back if it doesn't work right he wanted to route it all around my windows across the house to the ground instead of leaving my downspouts where they were very disrespectful not very professional and then when they finished they asked how it was being paid for cash or credit card when it was financed and then told us the cash down payment wasn't put on our account just got so disrespectful to the point I told the guy to just take the gutters back off and put my old ones back then he's like hold on I'll call my boss to where he found out I wasn't lieing about it being financed didn't apologize for the misunderstanding or anything just all around unprofessional

I got new gutters. The sales person was on point about everything I wanted to hear. They got everything installed First and foremost, I look at the receipt they don’t give you a paper one so I had to search for it and see that they overcharged me for two downspouts, they were going to refund the money, but I decided to have one of the downspouts fixed so it was supposed to be just a refund for one downspout at this point they said they could add the other downspout too so I said that’s fine they never added the other downspout and they never refunded the money to get to the actual gutters, they are leaking in the corners the first week, have birds nest in them, etc pretty much everything they sold me on and the reason why I chose them my stupid fault I should’ve researched it more at this point no one even answers the phone when I call about the leaking corner, downspout, or the refund so it’s supposed to have a lifetime warranty mind you these gutters were just installed a couple months ago

The system is great; I’ve used it in another location over 20 years. The price is ridiculous. I tried to outfit two houses, and I could have bought a third for what they wanted originally. Finally did the smaller one. Salesman was locked in, and continued his spiel though I told him to stop. On the larger house, I had downspouts, and was willing to use them. But, no, had to do it their way. When they finished, the downspouts had been hung on the siding rather than the trim, leaving siding showing between downspout and siding. Sloppy and careless. I love the system, but cannot recommend because of high price, lack of options, and sloppy installation.

Yes, it is somewhat expensive, but it is the best product I've seen. they haven't worked since they went. They overflow, they leak from underneath and 3 trips to fix them hasn't done any good. The financing wasn't financing it was a credit card scam at 26.99% interest that I had to pay off at one time! NEVER was one word mentioned about a credit card thru synchrony bank. I'd have thrown your rep out of the house. My old gutters were way better than this crap! I've asked for my money back. The answer was no. Some guarantee of satisfaction. Post this I dare you!

We purchased this gutter system on 3-29-2024. The main reason was to circumvent a situation that was causing a massive washout in a particular area after a recent add on to our house. They came out. Provided a free 'inspection' and a fabulous presentation. Nice. Looked like it would solve the problem. Flash forward a few storms later.. not only is the situation NOT resolved... it is worse. I called CS and offered to provide a video, which honestly did not do the problem justice due to crappy phone video, but she declined and said the person she was going to alert would want it. After a week no one called so I called the agent that sold us the product and sent him the video. The next day a 'manager' called and set up an appointment for today to "fix" the issue and would call around 8AM to let me know when they would be here. No phone call and no show. In the mean time I would be remise to note that when we purchased on 03/29/24 they were all over themselves to get it installed like RIGHT NOW to the affect they were going to send a team out in the midst of Easter weekend. We had family coming and events, not to mention their installers would probs like to have a minute with their families, so pushed back for the following week. So you all are HUGE on install RIGHT NOW but total meh on the service/maintenance after the fact you tout so much about.

Even though the product is great, I am giving LeafGuard a 2 star rating because of the installer not listening to what we are telling them. First, I specifically instruct the installer to call first prior to arriving. He never listened. They just arrived and started working without coordinating with my husband. Second, my husband instructed them on two areas where the downspout need to be on the same spot as the old one. They ignored it. Some elbows of the downspout was poorly connected. I have to send pictures. They have to come back, again the installer did not coordinate with my husband even though I specifically instructed them to coordinate with him. Installer was in a rush. They were short of materials and had to use some of the old usable materials in our junk piles. Installers are also rough in the work area. One drops a ladder intentionally on the lower level and it broke a couple of brunches of our plant. Installers also left the work area untidy. My husband had to clean up after them. My husband even use magnets to pick up all the sharp debris.

The rep was very good at selling the services, however, when there was an issue with wood being replaced the team dropped any communication with us. There was a discrepancy in what we expected as a customer with our old rotted wood, and what was told to us about what would/would not qualify being fixed by their team. I spoke to a representative on the phone questioning our responsibility of finding a carpenter to fix the wood prior to the last gutter being placed on the front of our house and never heard back. So as of right now we have one portion of the house which still needs to be fixed prior to the gutter being placed. I am paying $650 a month which is way more than I thought I would be paying for this type of service. In addition the team which installed the gutters left the large nails from the old gutters laying all over the yard and I am still finding some of these in the ground. Overall, not impressed with the resolution and will still at some point need to call to have the last piece of the gutter installed after I find a carpenter that I can afford to replace the wood (which again discrepancy with what was sold and understood vs. what happened with the rotting wood.)

I would give 5 stars if they were a little cheaper. They are without doubt the best gutters around, 20 years and never cleaned had to clean one. We recently just had more put on and at a rough average of $100 a foot, they are expensive! But still worth it. The money is something you have to consider for sure, you can pay to have you gutters cleaned 3 times a year for probably as long as you own the house for the price of these. I still love them and will buy again.

Workers broke a window. Left the site and never reported it. Workers returned to put plastic over window - only after I reported damage - and on return visit drove truck onto lawn ... got the truck stuck and had to call to be towed ... and left lawn with very large ruts. This was not reported to supervisor either. Supervisor later reimbursed for window and had workers bring dirt to fill in ruts.

First off, I looked in the newspaper and saw that 15% off was being given...I don't remember getting 15% off of my final plan. Second, in 2017 I had a similar amount of install on the upper part of my house. Granted prices have gone up, but this last install was over twice the price of the last install. Finally, having called twice about a leaking end to one section of the newly installed gutter, I was promised a repair on Monday, the 22nd of April. It is now Tuesday night and I have neither heard or seen any repair people. I guess a THIRD call is in order. And what happened to the complaints I had on the last survey you sent me? Do you read these at all???

Did not like the used car salesman means of establishing the price. Price it by the linear foot with options for upgrades. Installation was supposed to include three downspouts on the back of the house. Only two were installed. Salesman must have said twenty times that you can't even put a piece of paper between the gutter and the facia... there is water coming down on the wrong side of the gutters. Supposed to be leaf guard, but there is debris on the gutters along all sides of my house. Still finding massive nails dropped during tear down and installation. I let Tyler M. know that I had water coming down behind the gutters. I even sent a video. He said he notified the production manager on March 16th and said he'd be reaching out and I have never heard anything from anyone at LeafGuard. Grossly overpaid for this product and service.
