My affiliation with this company is from my 84 year old father being sweet talked into this system for $12,000, and he already had gutters! this was just for the system that went inside the gutters!! what? Thinking of 3 stars out of five and the following verbiage: On the day of, immediately after installation on Dec. 2nd, I noticed several screws and debris around the house on the driveway, patio, shrub area, and walk path. A little messier of a job than expected. However, James responded immediately to address the situation, gathering the screws and cleaning up debris. Since the installation, leaves gathered on the roof resulting in overflowing at least one downspout and roof corners. Jame has opened a ticket on our behalf. However, with the off and on rains, it seems to be taking a while to get assigned. Today, I called the support center, myself, as a follow-up since it has been a week and a half and no date has been provided. James has provided us a date. He has been very helpful.

From estimate to completion was less than a week. Nice people, good job.. only complaint would be the clean up... found lil sharp pieces of the metal wherever they had to cut it. Not a big deal, but I have 3 dogs. Could have been dangerous.

To date I have not experienced any type of heavy rain in order to see if my drainage has improved. Since there has not yet been any measurable snow where I can see that the drainage has improved and I am not getting any huge ice cycles or ice dam backups, I cannot give a fair rating and truly say that this purchase was definitely worth the money.

Gave feedback once already. LeafFilter Gutter Protection was ok at first then Pine Needles from neighbors yard accumulated all along the gutter so we call LeafFilter Maintenance and they came out and cleaned up the mess, he also said a section of the new leaf filter gutter was not installed so he corrected the problem!

When finished, the next day it rained and I noticed a couple of leaks, called LeafFilter and a tech came out and fixed the problem plus went over the whole job to reseal any other problems. The leaf filter product is very effective doing what is advertised to keep gutters clean. Follow up is very good with them coming back a year later to fix leaks promptly when asked. My only issue is that the sales process is preditory with initial offers coming in 3X final bids making the process stressful.

We noticed that our gutters were pulling away from the house. Each year we have to clean out all of the leaves as well as shingle grit and it was becoming harder to do each year. We knew we needed someone to reattach the gutter, and decided to check into a leaf filter protection system at the same time. After researching, I called in LeafFilter and they sent a representative out right away. He reviewed our situation, and demonstrated the LeafFilter system. While the quote was pricey due to our house having gutters on all sides, he was able to give us a military and senior discount as well as a 20% coupon discount, which we appreciated. The next day a two man crew showed up, repaired the facia boards pulled away from the house by the old gutters, removed the rest of the old gutters and replaced them with the new LeafFilter gutters and system, as well as installing an extra downspout. The workers were professional, conscientious, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything and we were left with a house fully equipped for the next storms. We have had several rain storms since then and all of the leaves are now falling. I can hear the water rushing through the gutters and down the downspouts and the gutters are clear of leaves and shingle grit. We LOVE our new gutters - probably not something you hear said often, but it is definitely the truth. They look good and they perform great. The 50 year guarantee leaves us feeling reassured that we are not going to have to worry about our gutters ever again.
