The Good

  • Multiple Designs
  • Experience
  • 20-Year Warranty

Multiple Designs

Customers at Englert can choose between a number of different gutter options, including LeafGuard, RainPro, K-Style, MicroGuard Leaf Protection, and SureGuard. Many companies say they help customers find what they need, but only few, like Englert, actually have the variety needed for customers.

Experience

Though it caters to only eight states in the U.S., Englert has over 50 years of experience in the gutters industry. Customers will find that the employees at Englert know what they are doing and can meet the unique needs and preferences of all potential customers.

20-Year Warranty

Though a 20-year warranty is by no means the best in the industry, it is better than most companies offer. While this may not be a deciding factor in choosing Englert, it is definitely something customers should think about when comparing Englert to other companies.

The Bad

  • Low Coverage
  • Low Social Media Presence
  • Undisclosed Contract Lengths

Low Coverage

Even if you do end up liking the quality and variety of services provided by Englert, you might not be able request its services. Currently, Englert only operates in eight states in the U.S.

Low Social Media Presence

Englert only has accounts on Facebook, YouTube, and Google+. It hasn’t posted on Facebook in quite some time, so it can be hard to get a reading on what customers think.

Undisclosed Information

Englert does not provide any information about APR rates or contract lengths. This can be frustrating for customers who simply want an immediate estimate of costs.

The Bottom Line

Englert has superior products and superior experience. Most people would likely be satisfied by the services provided by Englert, but its lack of transparency with financial information and its low coverage make it difficult for us to recommend. We suggest that customers weigh Englert’s strengths with other top rated companies in the gutters industry.

Installation in 2019 went well. Now I need a modification and gutter guards but installer has sold his business. Been trying for 3 months with customer service to get another contractor and haven't gotten any response. Very frustrating.

The sales person was very good and the product is amazing! They had to come out and fix the cheese grater but they did everything without a single call from me. I hated getting up on the ladder even though I have a 1 story it still made me nervous.

The one-piece gutter is a good product. Unfortunately, depending on your local installer, quality of service will vary. This makes it difficult to get warranty repairs, since installers may have changed.
