The actual gutter guard installation looks good and does the job. When I had asked about getting the fascia looked at/replaced, the rep had assured me the installer would look into this and make repairs as needed. I had another couple companies inspect and said the fascia in some spots would need to be repaired. They were not replaced and to my knowledge, not inspected either. Felt like it was over priced. Installation guys were nice but didn’t speak English well so I didn’t feel like I could ask them all the questions I had wanted.

In late spring early summer the oak and hickory trees finished dropping their leaves a lot of them were built up on the gutters and we had an extremely hard rain storm and it did not wash off the leaves and gutters over flowed. So I still had to get a ladder out and clean them off. I called them up they said if it happens again they will send me a leaf blower. It hasn’t happened again. However the leaves are just starting to fall so I’ll see what happens then. Bob

Overall, the service provided was satisfactory. The project was completed on time and within budget, but there were issues with the initial salesperson's follow-up. All gutter end caps leaked in moderate rain, none were sealed with calk. Two of the newly installed gutters were over run at first rain. I had discussed this with the estimator as a potential problem! Several large bushes ( small trees) had broken branches, one a Japanese Dwarf Maple lost it's front skirt. The estimator claimed to be a supervisor and would inspect the final job, I have yet to see the man! The preformed curved down spouts are poorly attached, some with one (1) screw. NOTE: I HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY TRUST WORTHINESS BLANK!

The service has been confusing, as I can't provide a solid answer about the gutter installation since I haven't been in the house. However, debris isn't getting into the gutters, which is a positive. On the downside, I'm still waiting for my warranty details after several months. Communication could definitely improve.

There is one gutter end that is still leaking although the installer said that he fixed it. Also, at the junction of a valley, the water continues to run over the gutter and down the wall.
