The installer showed up five days late, even though the weather was perfect on the originally scheduled day. Neither the company nor the installer contacted me about rescheduling; he simply showed up five days late. The installer then refused to reschedule and insisted that the job had to be done that day while I was at work. He did such a poor job trying to re-pitch one of my gutters that it looks like he almost ripped it off. A large part of the mesh is not angled down away from the house as promised; instead, it is flat, causing leaves and other plant matter to build up on top. My gutter is now dented in places it wasn't before. I should have never signed off on the completion of the project.

RIPOFF ALERT!!!!! The sales rep told me that All American trains their own installers, and that was a lie. The installer showed up towing a trailer with "GUTTERS" spray painted on the side. All American just hired a local gutter guy. I called the local guy to fix all of the leaks after the first rain. I paid $8000 for gutters that if I hired this gutter guy I would have paid less than $4000. All American is a ripoff.

The product is fantastic, but the company’s customer service is appalling. I experienced numerous issues with follow-ups and commitments, and I felt misled regarding financing and appointments. While I’m very satisfied with the product itself, the terrible customer service has left a lasting negative impression.

We were lied to by the salesperson. Didn’t do what salesperson said they would. We never signed contract the salesperson signed for us saying we agreed
