In 2016 the garage door that the builder installed in 2007 was not running smoothly or quietly. I called Hall's and they were able to replace the door with the mandated style for our association. A year later, my neighbor crashed into the door. After some other necessary re-construction was completed, Brandon from Hall's replaced the bottom and intermediate sections like new. Last year, I opted for a newer model garage door opener. Hall's came out to do that and took time to show me a lot of features that I might be interested in. Professional and polite interaction.
