I’ve used Hall’s twice now. This past experience was excellent. First person came out to tell me what was going on. I decided what I wanted and was given an estimate. Noah came out to install. Very polite. Did a nice job. Showed me how everything worked. I had a question after he left and he answered his phone and dealt with my question. Paid exactly what was quoted. Overall a great experience.

The team at Halls responded very quickly and resolved my problem on the same day I notified them. I left a voicemail just after 7:00 in the morning, received a call back around 8:00 in the morning, and had a technician on site around 10:00 in the morning. Problem was completely resolved my lunch time. Technician not only fixed the one issue that I called about but diagnosed and repaired two other latent problems that required attention and thus prevented future calls. All around a great experience. I would highly recommend them to others.

Halls replaced a broken overhead spring making the opener struggle to open the door at a newly arriving relative. Hall’s sent out an experienced young tech that came equipped with all the right parts like he was clairvoyant. Replaced, adjusted and tested the door before leaving. Well done! I’ve also sought parts for my doors and after stopping at their office they provided the right parts to solve my problems.

Hi Megan, your company did a great job and we are very pleased with the garage doors. I know a company here In Patrick County that installs garage structures and I will reach out to them. My recommendation to you is to contact other garage structure installers. There are a lot in NC that install in VA. We chose not to go with their standard roll up doors. They might like door options. At the time, we had purchased a property just outside Christiansburg City limits and the original garage doors were in need of replacement. Halls was one of three companies we contacted. Their estimator was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Their showroom had everything necessary to aid in the decision process and was conveniently located. Upon arrival at the site, Their installation team was prompt. Considerate of the surrounding portion of the property. Completed the project as described and they left the area as clean as they found it. There was a follow up to the site as there was a small adjustment needed and there were no questions asked. Their field representative showed up as scheduled and addressed the issue. In the future, if I were to need their services, I would not hesitate nor look anywhere else. I have been in the trades for my entire life and work in QA/QC and would definitely recommend Halls for garage door installation or service.

This particular door was jammed. Hall's had been recommended by a family member. Two technicians came the very day I called and performed a complete inspection of the garage motor and the looseness in the door itself. When they finished, the door and it's functioning were perfect.

First of all, the people are real friendly and knowledgeable. Second, they solved my problem very quickly. My garage door opener stopped working, they were able to come over the same day and determined that it was shot. We quickly determined it was under warranty and so they ordered a new upgraded version. It arrived in about three days and they delivered to my home and swapped it out for free. Wonderful service and great people.

In 2016 the garage door that the builder installed in 2007 was not running smoothly or quietly. I called Hall's and they were able to replace the door with the mandated style for our association. A year later, my neighbor crashed into the door. After some other necessary re-construction was completed, Brandon from Hall's replaced the bottom and intermediate sections like new. Last year, I opted for a newer model garage door opener. Hall's came out to do that and took time show me a lot of features that I might be interested in. Professional and polite interaction. My 87yo Mothers car was trapped in her garage because the garage opener failed....I was at work 300 miles away when she called in a panic. I Talked to my uncle that lived in the area and he recomended Halls Garage Doors.I called them and explained the situation.With in hours the door was repaired with a new opener.Sooooo,shortly after my Mom went to open the door.wouldnt open as she couldnt figure it out.I called Halls back and they sent the tech out right away to explain to my elderly Mom how to work everything again.
