Haas Door

Installation of a Item 821 RBL Haas 2580 L GWL 8x8 garage door and a 18x8 Haas 2580 L GWL door I live in Myrtle Beach SC which has very strick building codes. I believe my garage door must with stand a 130 MPH wind ( not really sure of the MPH when i build house in 2016 , my complant is on the smaller door 8x8 has only 3 cross members .I recently changer my Wind and Hail co, the agent questioned if the door met the building code ,I called Overhead Door Co rep of Hass Doors over a month ago , Gave STEVE all the info needed to see if the number of cross bars were all installed and met code ,I sent him bill of sale photo of all numbers and everything he requested, called again today got recording and as of now no reply,My next step will be the calling Hass Door main office ,my builder and or the county inspector , STEVE was very nice and concerned at first .I also invited him to look at the door first hand ,but never replied ,I really think the installer did not put on all the cross bars....on, They are in my neighborhood at least weekly .( Never stopped or called )

Hass may be a quality door but o will not buy another one for one reason - the company will not give me the time of day they refused to discuss anything with me about my order for a $3000 door so next time I need anything to do with a garage door I will not even consider looking at Hass
