Flooring America

Not Recommended in any way , we spent a large amount on flooring with this company, it was supposed to be a good experience , I outlined many good questions at the sales point, how long would it take , where is the wood made etc, . Well its not made in America per the box opposite to the label and also there is a sign says products made in America, was trying to avoid Lumber Liquidators issue they had years back, the job took 4-5 days, yes three guys showed up 1st day but one left early next day 1 guy, its because they have other unfinished jobs, house was upside down for a week, lots of lost work time, we had a major issue that the owner was very unprofessional in our opinion, seems more centered to profit vs long term satisfaction or even reviews- again my opinion, the brands are 80% off brands, what I mean is you can start a flooring co, get the wood presented like the other companies and behind the scenes be a small company, what I mean is will this company back warranty 10 yrs from now, probably not and the co we bought the wood from was very much like FA not easy to work with, while I have no proof feel the reviews could possibly be fake, just look how great the reviews are but this is opposite to what you see on the BB site it’s a 1 star and will say ditto to all the bad reviews, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in as long as I can remember, how are the yelp reviews so good , usually using a name of a sales rep then so many can have a bad experience, how can they promise 1-2 days installation and it takes 2-3x longer, how can they say made in America ask me about and sell imported wood, how can they have such bad reviews on BBB yet YELP and Facebook is perfect, its just fishy, I would in my opinion run far from this company, it took a great experience and turned it into a nightmare, be cautious if you have an issue to sign anything. The above is my experience and opinion with FA to express my 2nd amendment right from my own personal experience. IT was a REALLY bad experience that I would have never done but rather used LOWES or Home depot.
