Refloor brings the store to you with its shop-at-home convenience. The company will deliver colors and samples to your home, allowing you to visualize how the flooring will look in your room. 

Prior to that, you can even upload a photo to the Refloor website and virtually see how various flooring options would look in your room.

One limitation of Refloor is that it does not offer carpet options. If you're specifically looking for carpet flooring, you'll need to consider other retailers.

To ensure accuracy, Refloor offers in-home estimates. Where there are many factors that need to be assessed in person to provide an accurate estimate for your flooring project, the company will not give you a quote over the phone or online.

This way of doing things makes sense, but it may deter prospective customers who want a ballpark estimate prior to meeting with a flooring contractor in person. 

Limited Service Area

While Refloor covers a substantial area in the Midwest, its service is limited to specific cities. 
These cities include Akron, Canton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo (Ohio); Belleville (Illinois); Indianapolis, Lawrenceburg (Indiana); Florence (Kentucky); Detroit, Grand Rapids (Michigan); and St. Louis (Missouri). 

If you reside outside these areas, you won't be able to take advantage of Refloor's products and services.
