While it's likely the company provides the terms and conditions to customers once they've completed the consultation and are ready to sign, it would be helpful to disclose this information upfront on the website. Many people may skip over the terms and conditions, but they are vital; in fact, they cover various topics (orders, delivery, payment, risk, warranties, defects, pricing, liability, and more) that could affect your order and experience with the company.

Unfortunately, not including the terms and conditions is frustrating to both parties. The customers don't know what to expect from the company, and Midwest Flooring hasn't told the customers what it expects from them.
