Small Return Window

Valley Food Storage’s return policy is impressive in that you can return 2 unopened food pouches for a refund. However, the 30-day return policy is shorter than many food storage competitors.

The Bottom Line

Valley Food Storage has high standards for nutrition, taste, and customer satisfaction. The company’s satisfaction guarantee is reason enough to consider making a survival food purchase from this company, but you don’t even have to as free samples are available. Best food. Best prices. Best customer service. Of course, they're still human so if there's ever anything wrong with your order, just call them and they seriously fix it immediately and are so easy to work with. Their food is the best tasting emergency food I've ever had; and it's clean so you don't need to worry about what yucky chemicals you're eating. I had to put my monthly subscription on hold for a while and there were no questions asked and no fees, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They're always willing to honor any sale price and give you the best deal. Such a valuable and trustworthy company. I've had just about every other food storage company's product and I'll never stray from Valley Foods again!

I ordered from them multiple times and paid over $2000 for the large orders. It literally takes months to get your product -- they essentially have your money and don't have inventory to fullfill it for M O N T H S. I see there is only a 30 day window to return things and have also read that they regularly short items that are promised. In my situation, I ordered 'packages' that have yet to be fulfilled and yet, they have offered those SAME packages ON SALE - TWICE since I paid for MY order which months later has yet to arrive. DONT SELL WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE AVAILABLE TO SHIP. I am not in the business of providing strangers with INTEREST FREE LOANS. This is becoming the trend for many businesses and I think that is unethical!

I've had a very bad experience with this company back in 2019 the company was great if I had a problem they took care of it currently now they are terrible company and I am going to let everybody know that if they were on Google maps I would spread it far and wide they say they satisfaction guaranteed that they will make you happy and make it right well simply not true I have several bags that I had open because I decided I wanted to eat some of the food well it was the dried fruit and some of it was just nothing but powder in the bag was not even full there wasn't even a third full just powdered fruit not even whole fruit I'm not sure how that happened but in my opinion it probably was put in there like that they absolutely did not care about customer satisfaction they told me that they would not replace the items but they would give me a credit towards anything I would buy well I don't want to buy any more food good grief do not buy from this company they do not honor their word I will never buy from this company ever again I decided to go somewhere else

This company has some major issues. As a monthly subscriber of the 1 Month Premium Kit , they have failed to provide products as specified on their website. It's taken me 3 months to get 2 shipments and each shipment has been shorted product, products specified not included in the kits, short the number of servings and total calories they say you will get. After receiving my second shipment (I waited 2 months and had to reach out to them many times) they provided huge quantities of a couple of products and did not include other products (such as breakfast items). They consistently failed to contact me after leaving messages. I have given up on this company and will not do business with them any longer. I would find it difficult to believe that I am the only person having trouble with this company given the sheer number of problems I've had with them over the past 3 months. So beware about this company's claims and what they actually deliver.

Ordered $175 bucket full of entrees. Received completely different order. They sent they creating a new order and let them know when received. Week later, nothing and they informed me order was "allocated". When I said they lied they said they're shipping the order now. Tracking number said it would be delivered yesterday. It was not. Now the tracking number says label was created only. No package received yet. So lies again. 2 weeks later and $175 gone I'm pretty pissed.

I really like their products, but I think the prices are too much for me. I would like to buy more, but it's not very affordable.

I can’t vouch for their taste/quality because I won’t buy food from a company that markets things like “Chicken a la King” and “Chicken Teriyaki” that contain NO meat whatsoever.

I have tried several of their products and have been disappointed. Most of them need a lot of spices and meat and sometimes veggies added to them to taste decent. I think they should add more to make the products more flavorful and then raise the prices slightly to accommodate that. Definitely on the low end of food storage.

Valley Food Storage has politicized food. On Jan 6 they sent out an email that you need to buy their product because your neighbor could be coming for you next. What is that? Will never be shopping here again.
