If I could leave a lesser star I would. This is a Horrible company, Edwin G was the worst business person I ever encountered. They made promises about completing my website that they couldn't deliver. I had to make an F.B.I cyber report on this company because of all the bs I went through. After I paid in full and they defaulted on the completion of my website I wrote a bad review about them and they threatened to hold my website until I took it down. After they completed their work I had to hire another company to finish an go through all of their work because it really wasn't completed. I purchased my domain from another company before contacting them an they tried to charge me an additional $1200 for some bogus domain they purchased that was a misspelling of my original domain. Just recently they contacted me because my hosting with them overlapped (because I am going with another company) and they threatened to hold my domain hostage an said I will not be able to do anything with it. That's fine I own several domains an either one will work. The good reviews they have on here are they're own, and people they have paid. These guys are rip offs find some other company to do your website business with. If you call an hear the name Edwin G run.

We have had a terrible experience with WebsiteProfs and i am positive that they wrote these other reviews. We were lied to several times during the creation process of our website. We were told it would take about a month and it has been over 6 months and all of the services still haven't been provided. it took over 50 calls and emails for them to create our website and we were met with poor customer service along the way. Many of our emails and calls went unanswered. We would often be transferred to a different department and our request still went unanswered. They often tried to up sale us on different packages when we called in, which felt like a scam to me. We also had to text a number in order to get a return phone call from them. There was no direct customer service phone number to call. Please don't us these people!!! They will overcharge you for service that you can find at a fraction of the cost.

Wasted $10,000 over such a scam company. They overcharged for every item, once I told them I want a refund, they stopped answering. Their staff is always hard to answer phones and once they do, they're rude as hell. After I filed a chargeback, they sent fake products to the credit card processor stating that they delivered. One of the worst experiences I had with a design company.

This company will Rip you off ! They will bill your card for unauthorized charges and promise to credit you back but they never do. Took 7 months to get our site up and running.
