For those clients requesting help, but not sure exactly which services they require, the website could be a bit confusing. The website is somewhat user-friendly, in that the layout is somewhat clear and concise. However, for those just beginning to bring their website online, all the options could be overwhelming. A page with features briefly defined would be an asset, rather than multiple pages with multiple options. It feels like after navigating through the site, I never found my way to the same page twice. Repetitive dropdown menus bring up pages that often have left-side and right-sidebar navigation. It is just a little overwhelming. 

No Live Chat Communication

While WebFX's site does give a free quote, providing an online customer service and support chat would be a nice addition. The site does offer an online message center, allowing a service rep to call you back; however, a live chat feature would be a great tool for potential customers that have a quick question or two.

While calling in with questions is an option, many might move on to a competitor's page rather than calling in and potentially being faced with long hold times, etc. 

A La Carte Services

Another thing that might be beneficial to WebFX's site would be the option to purchase individual services. For those business owners that have an in-house marketer or marketing team, or just need help in one specific area like added writing assistance, or those that just need added assistance for a specific campaign, the a la carte option would be much appreciated. At this time, it is unclear if this is an option when working with WebFX.
