I specifically told the company i do not want to proceed with monthly services, they even told me that I will not be charged unless I provide a confirmation. This was not the case, they took my money provided me no service at all and tried to take more money from me. The website I had in place was better than the one they made me. I feel scammed and fineesed. Everyone beware of this company. I'm still looking to get my refund back from there. There customer service department is $#*! and not helpful at all. Overall dissatisfied. Im getting more leads from my existing website than I am from the one they made me. The thing that frustrates me the most is that I was lied to... EVERYONE BEWARE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT TRUST 411 LOCAL THEY ARE A SCAM!

First off this company sold me services that I was under the impression was something else. I chalked it up to my fault, asked to cancel no refund after a day before requesting to cancel. Okay I’m out 30 bucks oh well lesson learned. Since then I’ve lost track of the number of attempts this company has tried to contact me. This company has not stopped trying to sell me something after multiple attempts to ask them to stop. I went as far as filing a complaint with the bbb and they are still contacting me. After a representative from their company said they would not. Grossly dissatisfied with this company

411 Locals 101 Convention Center Dr #900, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Advertising ageny They created duplicates. shut down my large account over 2 months without knowing why, and they never had it reinstated, They call relentlessly asking for money to set up different locations. They change your company name they keep primary status. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT THIS COMPANY IS A LIAR AND SO ARE THEIR STAFF... THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR Business. They dont help you. They do things on purpose to flag your company.... malicious and strange DO NOT USE EVER!! I'm having a lot of issues almost 2 years later. They've ran me ragged. I think this company is going the wrong direction .They have to uphold standards that they owe you service and integrity. now what I see is a web page that is micky mouse. I'm 3 starring the company for years of trouble . I hope they remedy my situation. But the down talking by staff who sit side by side in a cubicle escalate you to raising your voice then repeat. Man quit yelling. I can't help you if you keep yelling. They find it funny. I read reviews through here that show its habitual. I have had several conversations with different staff and all play dumb about my account being cancelled and having to repeat myself over and over is ridiculous. I was relentless and it should never ever ever!!! Ever go like this. Ugh, these people are causing my business to fall apart after everything I've worked so hard to built for my family.

This company may well have been one of the single worst decisions of my business. After five years I have parted ways with them knowing that many of the jobs they were hired to do for me and claimed they were doing well, were areas of my Internet advertising that they had no access to. Actually, the only wonderful thing this company does is hound you for payment and make it extremely difficult to quit their services. Most of the design jobs they completed for me were pulled down and redone by myself or other companies I had to hire and after assessing my placement on the Internet search engines, affective SEO was not being accomplished either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I didn't get past the initial phone call where they tried to sell their company's system to me. I got bounced to three different people, all having a different spiel about what they can do for me. From what I gathered, I would need to pay $100 a month to be featured regularly on the front page of Google in the hopes it would allow me to gain more customers. However, when I tried to state that this service was not for me, the rep I was currently speaking to then became very aggressive with me and spoke over me, repeating the same thing over and over, refusing to let me get a word in. When I was able to point out his tone, he then told me that I was the one being passive aggressive because I was trying to say no to their service. The rep would not let me speak and I ended up having to hang up and block the number.

I started a business about two years ago and was never able to get it up and running. This was do mainly to my lack of a substantial marketing budget and the marketing know-how. I've been pursuing other endeavors recently and received a call a few days ago from 411 Locals. What they said they offered was exactly what I needed to get my business on it's feet. I've been scammed before by a contractor and I was getting that same feeling while on the phone with them. Against my better judgement, I paid them the non-refundable $50 over the phone for their service to place my business on the front page of Google searches. There were a lot of red flags during the initial phone conversation. They assigned someone to work with me, but never gave me her number or email. I called three different times on three different days and they made excuses each time and never called me back. After reading a few comments in their BBB profile, my suspicions were confirmed. This company is a fraud. I asked to cancel after three days and they even had the audacity to charge me a pro-rated fee for those three days and threatened me with an additional $150 before sending it to collections. Stay away from this company. Hang up the phone.

Several years ago I decided that I needed some assistance in improving my position for Google® searches seeking the services my small business provides from Houston, TX. A gentleman with an accent convinced me that 411 Locals (411) could make it happen. Much to my wife’s chagrin, I paid ‘three-figures’ monthly (in advance – auto payment). I did see some improvement to Page One and the number of ‘clicks’ also improved. More recently, however, my visitor count to my website plateaued. After a few months I decided to cancel services with 411 via telephone, and email replies to those at 411 tried to retain my account. Quickly, I was barraged with calls from 411 personnel and several emails and each time I told them I cancelled their service and would appreciate no further contact about how “great we are.” The final (I hope) phone call came yesterday afternoon, March 20, 2019, and I couldn’t have made my decision more clearly. Later, an email came that said, in part, “You are also acknowledging the following services were provided by 411 Locals and will be eliminated as requested: • Company profile in Google and Google + • Domain name and Professional Marketing Website • YouTube Marketing Video • Company profile from over 150 of the leading online directories.” So, what you are saying is that all that I’ve paid for over the years, 411 is going to proactively remove? I PAID FOR THOSE SERVICES! Sure enough, within 24 hours my YouTube video was gone from my website and I’ve yet to discover what else they may have done. I have legal proceedings beginning. At some point, for some reason, everyone will cancel, and 411 is happy to remove anything, and everything related from one’s website for which I paid almost $2,000 annually?! Look at their Home Page and see the client reviews. It’s been almost two years without a comment (as of this writing)! No one is motivated to leave a positive review, or are there none? Negative reviews have been read, but never posted? I would leave zero ‘stars’ if possible! - BWC

ABSOLUTE SCAM These guys could care less about your business. They will promise you the world and ruin your web presence if you decide to leave. I tried to cancel and they would not give me back access to my Google Profile or Domain. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and sketchy. Eventually we agreed to pay them 200 for this info and they never sent it. Now when I call in they hang up on me everytime. I have wasted countless hours with these scammers and my business is now suffering.

Misleading. 6 months, 12 leads resulting in only 3 jobs, I do 5 a day through other sources. Their solution? Create fake 5 star reviews. Make you think which 5 stars reviews are legit for this company. Also $49.99 start up isn't for the month, they start charging day 1 but the sales team makes you think otherwise. You will be charged at the time of cancellation. Look else where far better options.

Call there #8663910622 and nobody’s there to answer not even a machine to leave a message.And there message claims they are open Monday -Friday 8-5 please call back , and this is during the times they are open .Very funny .I believe they are scammers and r stealing people’s money ! I wish the BBB would do there homework , yes call there # during normal business hours ! They lie to customers just to get you money . You have phony people call in your good feedback !

Only want your money. One year, and never got a paying customer from them. Been trying to get them to stop services and payments. They may have stopped service, but still taking my money each month. I'm a single dad with 10 yr old boy. Limited funds, and that money was going to electric bill. They still taking money today after asking them yesterday to stop again.

Every positive review here is a FAKE.. This company generated 20 fake reviews for my company before having to call and cancel services with them. During that call it took almost 30 minutes before they agreed to terminate. I have been receiving calls non stop from them 3 months later trying to get me back. It's a sad group of people there and clearly have a hard time accepting that what they do is unethical. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far from company as possible.

Terrible experience! My Google calls came to a complete stop when they opened my account and I have called several times and asked them to terminate my account however they are refusing to terminate. I eventually ended up hiring a lawyer to file suite against them. I will update the review after I see what the outcome is.

The customer service with this company is horrible I have been calling customer service to resolve an issue all day 15 phone calls each time put on hold for 5 minutes and then disconnected I sent 2 emails no response I called the sales office TWCE They were no help. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Please never ever ever for any reason go with these people they will tell you anything to keep you on and then when finally enough is enough and you decide to cancel your account they will extort you & Keep you on the phone for 30 minutes telling you that they wont cancel your account until you have completed your exit interview.
