There is no seriousness at all, and they are quick to blame the customer for the mistakes that they make. Their customer service crew does not communicate with each other, so you, the customer have to tell your story countless times.

You guys said you would settle my accounts within two years. I would be done in five years with all payments. The last time I talked to someone in your office last time, she said that was wrong that I would have to pay for another five years. That makes me paying you guys 10 years. So I say your company misrepresented the facts of repayment.

The company is more interested in getting their negotiating fees than settling the debts . That’s is why they negotiate the biggest accounts first and leave the smaller one for last. Nothing really like their sales pitch “ get you out of debt fast.” Wish I had known this sooner. Not recommended!
