Nancy Yarusso

I am disappointed in how my case was handled. Arrangements were made for one of the three creditors which left no money to deal with the other two creditors until 3 years had passed. I was told I'd be debt free in three years. There was no negotiation with the first creditor so I could have made that arrangement myself. I didn't need Freedom to do that so what good did it do to pay Freedom for doing nothing. The attorney I spoke with, Mr Anderson I believe was less than helpful. I found him to be condescending and rude.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

We're very sorry to hear of your disappointments, Ms. Yarusso. Our negotiators take every opportunity available to negotiate the enrolled balances. However, we completely understand the frustration you feel regarding the aforementioned account balance. Although you've decided to discontinue in our debt relief program, we would still like an opportunity to speak with you in an attempt to address the concerns you had that led you to your decision. A team member will be reaching out to you shortly using the contact information we have on file. We appreciate the opportunity to service your financial needs.
