Our average client usually sees their first settlement with us within the first 4 to 6 months of being enrolled with us. Hello Carrie,

Thank you for posting your review. Freedom Debt Relief is not a nonprofit organization so we do take a fee, but not until a debt is resolved. The amount of the fee will vary depending on a client’s state of residence, total debt amount, etc. Typically, it ranges from 15% - 25% of total enrolled debt over the course of the program. For example, fees of 21% of enrolled debt in a 42 month program would work to about 6% per year annualized. This offers significant savings over other solutions, especially for those who would otherwise be making payments as agreed to their creditors at the interest rates they have when entering our program.

Our fees are covered during the initial enrollment phone call, in the language of the Agreement clients sign, and in a welcome call after the client comes aboard. Our firm doesn’t gloss over this. It should be weighed as a possible cost one will incur.
