I joined FDR in October and I received a settlement for one of my debts one month after. I am happy to have enrolled into this program . The only downside is that my credit score took a nose dive but it is all apart of the program . Customer service has been very helpful and super responsive.

SUPER easy, but excessively unnerving while the process continues. It's a huge stress, but the FDR folks make the procedure easy to navigate and easy to communicate back-and-forth. While the credit rating takes a HUGE nosedive, I can still foresee increasing the rating after everything is dealt with.

Although I hesitated to do this, I am extremely happy so far. Looking forward to getting debt resolved. Only drawback is the affect on my credit score. I trust that when I complete this program, my credit score will go back up.

I was very pleased with the initial response time after I submitted the request for info. My repress Stephan was very thorough and didn’t mind reiterating anything I didn’t quite understand. My first settlement was made within the first 14 days and they were able to give me a reasonable monthly payment. I’m only in the beginning stages of the program otherwise I would have given them 5 stars

Although the communication as been good, the overall process has been extremely stressful for me with no signs of any progress with my creditors. It has been over 6 months and only one creditor has recently settled out of (5) creditors. Im am not used to not paying my current monthly payments and it is very stressful knowing this process is effecting my credit and my eligibility getting hired with a current government job since they check into my credit background which has affected my hiring process. I have been getting countless calls from creditors not only to me, but some of my family and even my current job.

Overall my monthly payment has lowered which is reducing stress, but my phone blows up from creditors so bad it’s embarrassing to the point I have to turn it off at work. I haven’t had time to figure out how to switch my contact information to Freedom yet. I was drowning in debt and now I’m treading water.
