One good point is that I am paying off my debt, However I signed a contract for a specific amount of time which has now past (August) and I am still paying. The dashboard says that it will be another 2 years.......I am beyond upset about this and there is nothing I can do about it, what makes it worst is that no one contacted me to explain it, I called at the beginning of August and was told that "Yes that was an estimate, sorry" they were really nice about it....Also, an several instances the fees were more than the amount written off. On many accounts it said that the amount written off was 80 plus percent while it was clearly untrue. I have done a less than positive review in the past and no one has contacted me, so what is the point?

Somewhat frustrated. When I signed up with the program, I feel that somewhere along the line, the real way the program works was not disclosed. I feel that FDR should be sending notices to creditors that client has enrolled on account. Many problems could be avoided if they sent some sort of letter up front stating that they had been included on clients lists of debts and that they will be contacted at a later time to negotiate settlement. In addition, when notified that debts done on a search for client, that they do not want them added at this time, they should make notation and quit sending notices asking if they want them added. When new customer service agents are hired, they need to be taught the importance of listening to client and talking positive when talking to client. Just some thoughts to think about. Thanks!

FDR has taken a great load off my shoulders. There has a month or two the my payment was tough but not any where the mess I had before FDR. Just had an account take me to court but the attorneys at FDR handled it without any problems. Great service
