I did some research to find that NDR was the best and even though I was skeptical, I had to do something since I was literally drowning in debt (because my current job and its lack of hours. This is what bean my downward spiral into financial issues). Anyway I owe(d) 25,000$ on one account (still in the works) the second I owed closed to 5,000$ and it was settled at just under 2000$!!! And lastly the third one is being paid off from 1500$ to 800$. I am extremely happy with the progress and could not thank NDR more!

I would give Zero if it would work. I regret terribly helping my mom to sign up for Nat'l Debt Relief. They have been unrelentingly slow and set up payment plans years and years into the future. She's paying gigantic monthly payments that come out automatically when now the funds are desperately needed for her memory care. A scam in my opinion that we can't seem to extricate her from. Elder abuse and fraud.

They are nice when you can get them on the phone but often you have to contact them several times to get an adequate response. Their negotiators are only familiar with certain processes and if something different happens they don't know what to do. I am financially worse off for hiring them.
