I was not informed that they make ask more funds to accept a offer. I am on a 5 yr program and I accepted a offer, which payments start in June. I have be paying $582 a month since January. I was informed another offer was made by one of my other cards but I either had to deny or and more funds. Which makes the card company think I didn't like the offer, which was not true. I believe this will hurt my next offer from them.

They are nice when you can get them on the phone but often you have to contact them several times to get an adequate response. Their negotiators are only familiar with certain processes and if something different happens they don't know what to do. I am financially worse off for hiring them.
