Fast Track Debt Relief vs Greenwise Debt Relief

Lots of hidden fees and dont communicate with consumers tell you one thing then they bait and switch and add accounts not settled when you think they have been very little information on what debts have been settled and any moyleft in the account they take for unforeseen fees and services. I would not recommend this company for any reason

Worst experience ever. I had placed a call to Greenwise requesting cancelation of my account, I was still under my 30days, I had not even received my welcome call yet. This morning I was called by Mark, stating he had received my request and wanted to talk to me about my reasons behind my request. I told him I no longer required or desired to do business with with Greenwise. He asked me specifically why I didnt want to do business with Greenwise, I told him that I no longer wanted to do business with Greenwise because of information I had acquired after researching the company online, he said yea but if we can save you money why would you not let us do our job that you hired us to do. I felt like I was being strong armed I lost my temper I admit but at this point there were no reason go continue this game. I started to record the call. We went round and around for a few more mins until I told him finally that even if they were the last company on earth I would never ever do business with Greenwise. As a retired military senior citizen with PTSD. This call was upsetting all I wanted was to cancel my account and requested my initial payment returned. I was hassled, I was asked the same redundant question over and over again. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated in business. This guy Mark should be fired, if you do business with this company do all your homework before signing up. For most folks I would think you would choose a far better company where your business is appreciated and you are not harrassed if you needed to cancel. If you do cancel be prepared to defend your reasons why with some asshole name Mark. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I am going to prepare a statement to send to the VA, to warn Vets, my local better business bureau and will post my experience on all social media platforms, I turned the recorded phone call over to my attorney for possible litigation. Do yourself a favor, warn your friends and family to run from this company.
