Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.

I can't add additional debts into my portal that's number one. Number two, you called me about a debt that isn't on my credit report from a so called debt collector making it a bogus claim. I'm furious about this! Call the payday loans I submitted within my portal.
