From answering the phone to the saying Bye for now. Kathy was very pleasant and patient with me. Explained everything to me and listened to my concerns. The company can definitely be proud of her. I was hoping for help and was assured this company will do all they said they will do and help me all the way.

Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.

The whole process was explained very comprehensive, which then made it easier to trust National Debt Relief and their partners. I'm already getting credit card balances cleared up. It feels great to know they have your back.

I don’t like how the agents speak to you as if you didn’t know better , I was worried about my credit getting worse and he proceeded to ask well what’s your credit score I told him and he’s was like it’s not gonna get lower but yet it did here we are

The Final Word

Because the costs of debt settlement services are regulated by state laws, the costs of settlement services from National Debt Relief and Accredited Debt Relief should be similar for similar debt amounts. The average cost of debt settlement services is about 20 percent of the enrolled debt.

National Debt Relief has a lower debt requirement ($7,500) than Accredited Debt Relief ($10,000). If you have lower amounts of debt, you may not qualify for Accredited Debt Relief settlement services.

However, for individuals with lower levels of debt, Accredited Debt Relief also offers debt consolidation and debt management programs. These programs do not have the same negative effects on your credit that debt settlement does. Accredited Debt Relief charges a monthly fee between $10 and $40 and a one-time enrollment fee between $0 and $100 for these consolidation services.

Accredited Debt Relief is a good choice whether you are seeking debt consolidation, management, or settlement services.
