WW was the ADR agent I spoke with and he was incredibly patient, understanding, and calm throughout our call. Not overly scripted or "salesy". Never condescending. Surprising that one phone call could have such a huge impact on our family's lives. There is a review of debt, monthly expenses, and what led to that point. Then general questions about shifts in life to maintain life with cash as opposed to credit. I would love to leave a review or update once completely finished payments as right now the relief is front and center. But hopeful any update reflects a similar tone

Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.

This is the second time something that should have been included initially was not. I have not called back for them to include it yet because I’m mad. I am satisfied with the recent settlement however
The Final Word
National Debt Relief has a lower debt requirement ($7,500) than Accredited Debt Relief ($10,000). If you have lower amounts of debt, you may not qualify for Accredited Debt Relief settlement services.
However, for individuals with lower levels of debt, Accredited Debt Relief also offers debt consolidation and debt management programs. These programs do not have the same negative effects on your credit that debt settlement does. Accredited Debt Relief charges a monthly fee between $10 and $40 and a one-time enrollment fee between $0 and $100 for these consolidation services.
Accredited Debt Relief is a good choice whether you are seeking debt consolidation, management, or settlement services.
