Joel C. made the experience less scary! I would look at this program every now and then but I’d never pick up the phone, he reached out via email and once I saw he was a real person it helped me open up to getting started.

Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.

I didn’t think there was any end in sight with my high interest credit cards and my high debt and I seen an ad for national debt relief and decided to make a phone call and I’m here to tell you that was the best phone call I’ve ever made in my life in 2 1/2 years. I will be debt free and I am looking forward to that so much thank you for all of your help and getting me into this program, I recommend recommended to anyone.

My father is deceased yet they call and email numerous times a day. I've called emailed and even sent his death certificate. You have received all the money that man had. I would appreciate you stop calling and emailing harrasing ppl who are trying to cope with the loss of their father!
The Final Word
National Debt Relief has a lower debt requirement ($7,500) than Accredited Debt Relief ($10,000). If you have lower amounts of debt, you may not qualify for Accredited Debt Relief settlement services.
However, for individuals with lower levels of debt, Accredited Debt Relief also offers debt consolidation and debt management programs. These programs do not have the same negative effects on your credit that debt settlement does. Accredited Debt Relief charges a monthly fee between $10 and $40 and a one-time enrollment fee between $0 and $100 for these consolidation services.
Accredited Debt Relief is a good choice whether you are seeking debt consolidation, management, or settlement services.
