Chelsea was very helpful and friendly. I did not feel judged or anything. She made it a comfortable experience. It was fast and easy without feeling rushed into a decision. When you look at the difference of what you are paying with no end in sight and see what it will cost you to consolidate and know when you'll be done...well it was a no-brainer for me. The website or app is awesome too. You can track everything and even adjust the payment as you go to speed up the process as you get more comfortable in your new budget. Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.
