Michelle, we understand your concerns and thank you for bringing them to us. Remember, the program works by repaying your debts with the money you save into the GCS account every month. If we're repaying multiple creditors simultaneously and there isn't enough left over to negotiate with another, then we must wait until at least one of the creditors is paid off so that there's extra money left over at the end of each month.

As recently as June 2019, we were repaying two settlements. One of those two agreements is complete so the money that had been going toward making that payment is now going directly into your savings account. We are now saving/building those funds up for the next agreement. You should start seeing some forward movement soon.

We encourage you to take an active role in this process. Actively-involved clients tend to have a better handle on the process since they are always in the loop with account changes. We will contact you with important and relevant account updates, but we can't call on every single change. We appreciate your continued patience as we work with you to get you debt-free. Please contact us with any questions.
