I am not happy with the way my debt situation is handled. For 3 mos they took money from me, when I checked my account had $7000 sitting there and nothing has been done. They only started calling the debtors when I complained. It’s like they prolong the case so you have to pay more.

First call and application was great! Had a good sense of relief. It has been 8 months and I finally have my first offer to settle one debt. I contacted them in August and asked what’s going on and they said then that they were close to settlement with 3 accounts. A total lie. Believe the pandemic has forced them to work at home and accounts are sitting there collecting dust. Call and you will get a nice sales person. Email and they reply. Problem is —they have no power—they are jusy worker bees! You’d be better off settling with the companies on your own.

What I dislike the most is the cost of them negotiating the debt. Glad my debt is paid but if I were to weigh it out, I paid my full debt, did not pay down because whatever they negotiated the balance went to national debt relief. One fee was over $600 .
