Unfortunately it is not working in my favor. My bill payment arrangements were twice per month and have been bi-weekly which has negatively impacted my financial situation due to my pay frequency. Also, the loan isn't realistic, looking into other options.

So far it’s been extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to go over some changes I’d like to make and questions I have about the costs and I’m starting to think I should stop all future payments to them or just close my bank account and discontinue working with them not that I have had much luck so far anyway… it has only been going on 2 months but communication is still a big deal!!!

I would go with Americor because they seem to explain everything to me in simple terms that lay people understand. I just became a client about a week and a half ago, but so far everything is going very well. What in the world?? I was told specifically that there would be NO withdrawal from my account UNTIL I actually make a deposit into my account. Did I ever do this? NO, I did not. I was STILL trying to decide what to do and then I wake up this A.M. and SEE a $312 withdrawal from my checking account! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have ALREADY PAID my creditors for this month! I WANT MY $$$ put back into my account! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! It was going fine up until this point.
