I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THAT AMERICAN CREDIT CARD SOLUTIONS HANDLES MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I HAVE A QUESTION OR QUESTIONS THEY COMFORT ME IN HANDLING THE SITUATION FOR ME. FOR EXAMPLE: IF I GET A CALL FROM THE DEBT COLLECTOR ACCS TELLS ME NOT TO ANSWER THE CALL AND WHEN I RECEIVE CORRESPONDENCE FROM MY CREDITOR'S THAT I HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH I SEND THE BILLS THROUGH GMAIL AND THEY RECEIVE IT THE SAME DAY. ALSO THEY WILL NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY RECEIVE MY BILLS AND DEBT COLLECTOR LETTERS WHICH MAKES ME FEEL SECURE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ONLY WORKING WITH ME BUT MY CREDITORS AS WELL. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT ACCS ARE VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO ON THE PHONE AND ARE VERY HELPFUL IN HANDLING MY SITUATION.

This company is absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with in my life the very first person I spoke to was named Dan he was OK but I can’t account Dan or blame Dan for the buffoonery that this company displays I was told to pay a certain amount of money a month, and I wouldn’t have to move from that amount Six months down the line of paying a consistent amount of money they called me and said, can you pay more money it will be beneficial to you I told him no I cannot, and that’s what I was not told I was told to pay a certain amount of money and that wouldn’t change, they lied I fell into a hardship financially I honestly called them back and told them that I fell into I hardship. They said we understand I told him I would have to cancel. She said fine but the unpaid that will still show up on your credit report I said I understand so when I made my decision to cancel, we went over the details , here’s what was told to me if you cancel whatever debt is not settled or paid will continue to be on your account I said OK prior to this conversation I received several phone calls concerning my account of 53 of them was paid off and settled and I was told I would not have to worry about them and wait 30 days Before they come off my credit report nearly 6 months later I go apply for a loan and there they are all of them still sitting on my credit report I called this company spoke to a representative. He tried to explain to me and I told him that what I was told was when I was canceled the service that any debt that was paid will be off of my credit report in 30 days and if any funds was left over it will be put back in my account. Well I had to fight to and now to get my little $273 back which was ridiculous. Thank you Jordan but nevertheless, here we are with the other issue that had five accounts three was paid off and all five are still left on my credit report, so where did my money go? This is absolutely the worst company in the world. They are all liars. All they want is your money I wouldn’t recommend them to a pile of dung now I have to seek a lawyer to sue the company , absolutely ridiculous

We understand that you were unhappy with our suggestion to increase the amount of your monthly program payment. We suggest these potential increases to expedite the program, enabling our clients to become debt-free and rebuild their credit faster. However, we want to emphasize that such adjustments are entirely optional, and we do not mandate them.

Regarding the status of your program, we would like to clarify that while you initially chose a 36-month program, it is not uncommon for clients' financial circumstances to change during the program. Our priority is to provide flexibility and support to accommodate such changes. During the first year of your program, we made significant progress. Our team negotiated settlement payment plans for the majority of your accounts, resulting in a substantial reduction in your overall debt burden. However, it is important to note that these settlement plans were contingent upon completing the program. Unfortunately, your creditors voided the arrangements because your program was canceled before reaching the agreed-upon monthly payments.

As for the allocation of your monthly payments, they were used for the negotiated settlements and our service fee as specified in our contract. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our services. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution. We will be getting in touch with you to try and resolve this complaint.

I'm glad to have some kind of plan to pay off my old debts. The downside is that does nothing to improve your. Credit by much. I was going to leave 5 stars. David was nice nice and professional. My problem is something I didn't realize until we got off the phone. I was lead to believe Credit direct was handling this. They are the ones I pre applied with. I was calling to proceed with my loan request. Davis sent me details about debt consolidation without taking out a loan. Of course I'm disappointed. But David doesn't work for credit direct or anything as far as I can tell. So the pre-qualified offer and All the calls and emails I was receiving from credit direct. Was basically a way to swindle me into a debt consolidation program. Notice im leaving a review on American credit card solution. I'm not leaving him a review on credit direct. Im again disappointed about not receiving my Cash loan. And I feel quite foolish, because I was basically mislead into by false pretenses. I due intend on paying off my collections. But I can't say anything else good about my experience.

Me and hubby are too hesitant to get started with the program. Tara B helped us get through with all the questions and hesitations, she listened, connected and stayed patience with all the questions we have. We finally signed up! We are looking forward to a BETTER FINANCIAL CHANGE! We put our trust to Tara and the ACCS team to help us lessen and or REMOVE our financial burden due to those cards enrolled. Can't wait to give update 3-4 months from now. It is then that I can confidently recommend it to a friend as well. For now, Tara is 10/10 to me.

I was very Leary on joining these kind of companies but I knew I needed help with the financial hole I got myself into. After looking at all my options I’m glad I went with this company. They upgraded their website and it is more detailed and it’s nice to be able to track how your money is being dispensed. Pay attention to it. Just like you do your own bank. If you have any questions or concerns customer service is very helpful in answering your questions.

They were able to settle for about 50% less than what I owed. Great customer service and they answered every question I have ever asked in a very polite and professional answer. Everytime I need to move a payment date, they asked no questions and were able to move it. They saved me a bunch of money and I would recommend them to anyone in my situation.
