The Good

  • Extensive Credit Restoration Services
  • Lower-Than-Average Pricing
  • Time in Business

The company appears to provide a fairly straightforward process that maximizes results in a realistic period of time. Benefits of CreditFirm.net include:

Extensive Credit Restoration Services

CreditFirm.net delivers an extensive range of credit restoration services to help consumers reduce overall debt and increase their credit scores.

The credit repair company creates customized plans for its clientele and works to stop harassing calls from debt collectors. CreditFirm.net also works with clients to obtain mortgage loans in the home-buying process.

Unlike most companies within the credit repair industry, CreditFirm.net provides unlimited credit bureau challenges, unlimited inquiry challenges, unlimited goodwill interventions, and unlimited debt validation services.

Lower-Than-Average Pricing

CreditFirm.net charges customers a monthly price of $49.99 which is on the lower end of pricing in comparison to other companies in the credit repair industry.

The company also charges a first-time fee of $49.99 which is significantly less, once again, than what other credit repair companies charge for first-time fees.

According to CreditFirm.net's website, customers can cancel services "at any time without penalty or any further obligation".

Time in Business

CreditFirm.net was founded in 1997 which makes it one of the older credit repair companies in the industry. Due to its time in business, the company retains a level of experience and respect that newer companies may lack.

The Bad

  • Limited Website Information
  • Lacks Official Money-Back Warranty

Although CreditFirm.net has designed a process that will help consumers remove inaccuracies, there are limitations to their platform as well.

Limited Website Information

While CreditFirm.net is transparent about its pricing and services online, the company is not very clear about its refund policy, whether or not it provides clients with an app or online portal access, whether or not it provides clients with extra financial tools, how long its credit repair process generally take, and more.

Lacks Official Money-Back Warranty

CreditFirm.net does not appear to have an official money-back guarantee.

Instead, the company applies a money-back warranty on a case-by-case basis. CreditFirm.net customers may only get the money-back warranty if the company deems it to be necessary.

The Bottom Line

CreditFirm.net is a private credit repair company that provides extensive credit restoration services to individuals requiring long-term credit repair.

Services include one-on-one credit coaching, pay-for-delete creditor negotiations, student loan consolidation, and tax preparation services.

CreditFirm.net also has lower-than-average pricing and has experience from being in business since 1997. However, the company does not have an official money-back guarantee and fails to disclose some information on its website.

If you are looking for a cheaper monthly subscription credit repair service, CreditFirm.net may be a company to consider. That said, we encourage you to conduct your own research, read several CreditFirm.net reviews, and talk to a company representative to see if CreditFirm.net is the right service for you.

They simply do nothing. Before signing up with them, I found quite few positive reviews and decided to try for 3-4 months. I'm debt free, except mortgage, but because of few missed payments and debt settlement, my current credit score is around 630-650, and i was expecting to bump it at least on 50 points. After submitting disputes to 3 credit bureaus (or at least as they posted it on their account), and waiting for 30-45 days, nothing happened, i didnt receive any mail from credit bureau. Ok, that would be fine, but any communication with Creditfirm was ignored. They don't respond to your email, dont respond to Notes on your account which supposed to be working as email per them, and every time when you call them to get updates, receptionist assures you that someone will call you back in 48 hours. Ok, I was very patient, but long story short, after calling them 4 times in June with interval of 7 days between calls, nobody ever called me back. All they needed to do to provide me update for my disputes after 30-45 days passed. I don't care about $50/month fees, I care about improving my credit score and receiving updates, be it good or bad. Please, give yourself a favor and DONT WORK WITH CREDITFIRM. You will be ignored, charged $50/month for nothing, and lied by receptionist. I got zero result in 2 months with my pretty easy case.

They do not respond to customers promptly! Credit score has not improved. Waste of time and money. The price is lower and it pretty much matches the quality.
