Hours of Operation

CRE Credit Services operate 8 am to 7 pm Central Time while some companies operate until 9 or 10 pm. This can be somewhat limiting to clients.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and many others that promise to help you fix your credit by deleting negative accounts such as car repos, etc... CRE is a complete fraud. They will promise and GUARANTEE that they will delete all negative accounts. They might delete some easy accounts such as credit inquiries and some late payments and that's about it. If you have a car repo, tax lien, foreclosure or medical bills.... don't even dream that they will delete those accounts. Again please don't believe them. The only thing that is guarantee is that you will lose a lot of money if you decide to go ahead and do business with them.

This company CRE Credit Service is a ripoff they promise they going to eliminate collection account and they only delete stupid account and credit inquiries from your credit but the most important one with the high potential they will never delete those account , car repo, medical bill, tax lien, etc .. when i call to obtain information on how they work.. the rep make me a lot of promise that he really convince me it cost me over 1600 for nothing , at the end the more important account never got delete , all they do is send dispute account never was delete my car repot , my medical bill, 2 account that i have in collection from TMOBILE over 1700 , and federal and state tax lien .. they Finish all the process and told me there is nothing else they will be able to do.. they lie to me after they got the money pay , now they coming that there is nothing else they wll be able to do.... there is about 5 account the more important one they never delete those account..

Do not use this company. They make you feel like you're fine with the easy stuff then with the hard stuff you get screwed and get bad advise along with garnishment of all your wages and cars. They of course on a Friday they aren't available to help when the companies are obviously available and willing to take money you were promised was safe by CRE. "They'll take care of it"... no they won't. Find a better company with better ratings. Once you look for a company like this then it just stirs up a buch of stuff that they aren't willing to handle as promised. Seriously... go the other way!!!!!!

They did get stuff off my credit but they defiantly did not deliver what they promised. I did the full 6 months, and my credit score did not improve in fact it went down. They removed my mortgage that was paid off, because in had one 30 day late payment. I would go with Lexington law they are much cheaper and do the same thing. They also promise to refund you for anything they do not remove that is a lie they will do some special math and tell you they don't owe you anything. though their own graph tells them they left 53% of negative credit on your report . The point is there is no fast way to fix your credit and know one even knows how they come up with score.

Ok, so just to be clear. When you're a forgotten client, who stopped hearing from the company, all attempts at communication lead to dead ends, you've been told numerous times you'd hear from "Brandon" or other "managers" and have yet to.... were given no final result stats on your DUAL case you paid for (husband/wife).... have seen previous deletions made by CRE show back up on your credit (even though was promised they never would or could), as well as never having obtained ANY answers regarding some creditors that were being actively worked on when my account time was "up".... what exactly does this mean for their customers? "CRE Credit Services is the best credit repair company in the nation based on Customer Satisfaction, Results, and Experience, and we back it up with a 100% money back guarantee." I was a client that fell between the cracks back in 2011/2012. My case manager abruptly left the company & ultimately me hanging. After making repeated phone calls, leaving numerous voice mails & not understanding why he wasn't calling back, *I* finally decided to make contact with someone else & it was only then (over a month later) that I was informed he was no longer there & that a new case manager was handling my case. I heard from that person maybe all of twice? Then crickets. I received one generic email in the end showing some deletions that were made & then nothing. No further communication, no "this is what we accomplished for you" letter. No, "here's some advice to keep your credit strong" papers... NOTHING. I paid CRE LOTS of money to help my Husband & myself, and soon after the final payment was made- I heard NOTHING. I recently made contact again with Gary? Who then was in contact with Brandon again, said he would contact me, and NOTHING. No communication, at all. Again, several things have showed back up on our credit that was previously "deleted".... our credit scores never improved enough to attain our goal & CRE dropped the ball BIG TIME regarding my/our case & has done nothing to make it right. NOTHING. No offer to look into our credit again, no offer to amend the previous deletions- they won't even stay in contact after you call & have a very lengthy conversation explaining your concern of lack of contact. That's sad. I trusted this company & wanted so bad for everything to go smoothly & to be happy in the end. Trust didn't come by easy for me not only bc this service was expensive, but considering they obtain EVERY bit of personal information on you, that's scary to some. Not to mention when their case workers abruptly leave, knowing they've had access to all that information- you can imagine how that makes someone feel. In the beginning when I first started & began to feel comfortable with my original case worker (Chris Fritze) I referred several people to this company, as I was hopeful & excited to begin this process of credit repair. He spoke so highly of his position there & had open lines of communication ALL the time. I even had his cell phone number. I had goals & hopes of this program helping my family to obtain our dream of home ownership. Then Chris left. Without warning & without as much of a heads up to his clients. There was apparently no-one in line to pick up the pieces, or take over his active cases, so I fell between the cracks. And to this day, was left there. I can only hope at this point that anyone I referred had a much better experience than the outcome of my own. I did everything that was required of me, yet was given the excuse that between Chris' abrupt departure & the company "changing their systems" are the reasons I become forgotten. My point is, even in knowing that & even with active currently employed case workers having recently overlooked my case having told me they can see I fell through the cracks....CRE has still done nothing to make it right. So, CRE, if you claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee in place, and I am anything but satisfied- what do you (if anything) plan to do to make it right?? It would seem like to me that's false advertising. So, lets see if this gets their attention.....

I dealt with Jason S. Was told it was a money back guarantee. It is with strings attached. He also said that he had a good chance of removing my bankruptcy. They did not do that as well. Heck they cant even get a duplicate account with Ally off my account record. I am getting that done on my own. Anyway, credit repair is tough but these guys over sell their money back guarantee and their services. You are a lot better off to write the letters on your own and do it yourself. I wasted 1330 dollars for a 25 point boost that I did by doing things related to my credit on my own.

They offer a money back guarantee if your not satisfied with their service but do not give you the details, for example, that they charge for everything they do so they don't have to give you the refund. Additionally their customer service is horrible. I have tried to get them to give me contact info to try to get a home loan--which i cant do because they weren't successful in removing something they guaranteed to do...so I would not recommend spending your money.

Check the BBB's site and complaints made against this company. It seem that they lie to customers to get 1000. plus dollars(100.00 a month plus extra fees) then when the customer stops paying as no results seen in 4 months they claim warranty of contract is voided due to non payment and customer gets nothing back and no services. Looks like a scam to me. 26 complaints that say basically the same thing from clients over and over again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I'm 5 months in and $1600.00 poorer. My credit score actually got worse after dealing with this company. I'm so frustrated I could cry. Big mistake on my part. I believed what they told me. Oh and don't believe you'll get your money back. You won't. So do yourself a favor and Don't use them.
