My mortgage company told me I need to improve my score by 23 points to get better rates. They told me they would let Score Shuttle know and get in contact. For two weeks I have been in contact them. First week they called no less than 3 times a day. I said I was available after 3:00 PM on Friday. No one called. Now on Monday a Tammy called me and she said would call me tomorrow and i finally texted her today and said do not bother. Oh and they like to text. This is very discerning when you are dealing with your credit.

good morning . I do not recommend the ScoreShuttle company to anyone to fix their credit. They are the biggest scammers in the entire United States, I started with it since 2018 to fix my Gredido by paying him 120 dollars a month for his membership and in 2021 I realized that my credit was the same without any advance and everything I had reflected in my credit was the same. Every time I called them, they told me that they were working on my credit and that it was almost time to fix it, which Hera was not like that. then one day I called again to complain and what they did without counting on me was to lower me to the membership of 29 dollars 💵 per month, which is another scam. Time goes by and goes by and my credit continues without solving. Until yesterday 2-8-2023 I called the Experian credit bureau and they explained to me that ScoreShuttle was not reporting my account to the Experian credit bureau monthly, how is it done? My account, since they are more than 5 years old, Experian would have removed them a while ago. Yesterday, 2-8-23, I called ScoreShuttle and spoke with the representative Maria, whose attention is terrible. and I explain to her that I needed to speak with a ScoreShuttle Maniger and she tells me to explain the problem I had to her and I explain to her that I have been with you for more than 5 years charging me a monthly payment and they do not finish my credit and she wishes me Now we are going for a meeting. Then they're going to call him when all that explanation was out of her. My people, don't fix your credit with these people, they are scammers. The only thing they do is charge you every month and nothing more. I'm already tired of these people and the only thing they know how to say is a little to go and they don't do anything positiv
