They have decided to raise my interest rate to 30.24% when I have paid more than the limited amount for more than a year & this is after the feds lowered the rates! Late only 1 time in two years!

Shame on Visa for forcing such large fees on my retailers who then pass that on to me. Why not once and for all work out a reasonable fee that you can stand behind unlike this short term stop gap settlement for 6 years. This directly effects me and the prices I pay so I don't know how someone at BestCompany won't post this for being a direct ripple affect.

I honestly do not like Visa. Every time I try to buy a Visa card for someone there is always a problem where the card does not work or the money is not on the card. Visa's customer service always gives me the run around when trying to solve my issue. There representatives are rude and every time I call there is a different answer which shows they are not on the same page as a company.

TD Visa delayed the process for a transaction then told us we ran out of time to issue a claim and charged our account $454.20 even though we returned the item. They also charged late fees and effected our credit.
