Today update (march 25)made the app almost unusable, most of the reception area don’t appear listed in the app, nearest airport feature doesn’t work! Although they are fast and reliable sometimes so I will rate them 3star and please endeavor to fix things up.

I dont use MasterCard as much as other cards as sometimes I have had merchants not accept it like they do, say visa. But overall the company has good customer service and I have never had an issue that could not be resolved.

Great card when you are either just starting out on credit, or rebuilding credit. I have had multiple MasterCards and have always found their customer service to be quite good. The best part is they are accepted everywhere.

It's a debit card and I'm finding that it is no l9nger supported by a majority of services. What started as convenient has become very inconvenient. I used it for auto pay bills and auto pay is no longer supported al9ng with several other options.

While I appreciate that Mastercard is accepted almost everywhere, including Costco, I am annoyed that Costco purchases only every qualify for the lowest reward points on every Mastercard reward card. It is very surprising that the Costco Mastercard is no different.It is my understanding that this is because of the way Mastercard categorizes Costco and not the way the rewards programs are structured.

I received a prepaid master card through through T-Mobile for getting the the 5G Internet. I couldn't use it anywhere, comma and finally transferred it to my bank account.. That took several attempts and a call to customer service to accomplish.
