Exceptional service. Needed to get reimbursed from a cruise line. Bought tickets and insurance through Mastercard and they reimbursed me after I tried going through the cruise line and waiting eight weeks for reimbursement, with no response.

American Airlines Advantage Mastercard is the best card I've ever used. The $99 annual fee pales in comparison to the benefits I receive. Travel regularly using my Airmiles and am enjoying mostly free travel, pre-boarding, free check-in luggage and Admiral Club access on international trips. Best of the best in my opinion.

I have used several Mastercards over many years, and have been happy with each of them. They are accepted almost everywhere and have allowed me to conveniently make purchases at home or when traveling. They have also been convenient in terms of online and phone purchases, as well as conducting any necessary business (including paying bills) online.

I have 2 MasterCards. I've had both cards for a number of years and have never had a single negative issue with either card. Every time I have ever called them they have taken very good care of me. For example, one of the things I really like is their fraud department keeps close watch of my cards and contacts me when they suspect something looks out of the ordinary. It's good to know they are taking care of things.

I have been using MasterCard since I first got a Credit Card. I have only had one issue where my card account was hacked. The customer service knocked it out before it got out of hand and made sure the funds were returned quickly. I did have to pay a small fee for the funds to get returned, but it was not anything detrimental to the account or my financials.

We have the Venture One Mastercard. We received 0% introductory rate for 18 months which is longer than most introductory rates. We get unlimited 1.25 miles per dollar on every purchase we make each day. Some hotels we even get 10x the miles. This has been a trusted company for us through Capital One. I trust Mastercard and the security it gives me on all my purchases.

I have a MasterCard that I use for convenient purposes. They are accepted everywhere and I haven't been somewhere were I haven't been able to use it. Good interest rate that is manageable and even better if I can pay if off monthly. no annual fee, another big plus. Who hasn't had a mastercard and one time or another. They are another option of managing spending and convenience of pay.

I have had a Mastercard credit card. They give you a fair credit limit when you start but it is hard to get credit increases and it's hard to get a hold of a customer service person when you call, it's all automated machines and robots. They also sell your information to third party companies and you get overwhelmed with spam mail and calls. No thanks.

I use MasterCard when I don't want to make a purchase with cash. It's handy to have around in case you need it for that spare-of-the-moment purchase and you don't have any cash at the time. It's also good for flexibility because of the payments. MasterCard is a good company and I like having the card for those emergency situations.

I enjoy the rewards that come with my MasterCard. They are easy to redeem and offer a variety of ways to use the points. The customer service is also very knowledgeable and was able to share travel insurance benefits with me that I was not aware were available. It ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars.

I'd say between MasterCard and Visa, these two are still the most recognized in credit card brands, and I've been happy with having both. MasterCard generally has good customer service (their mobile app is one of the easiest to navigate) and a good range of products to choose from.

I've had a MasterCard Debit Card from the IUCU since they first offered it. As I recall, the Credit Union and MasterCard have both been very helpful in resolving any scam issues, which have been very few. It's very convenient having this debit card - I love it!

MasterCard is a wide variety of things. There are many cards I use now that have the Master Card Brand. I wasn't sure if I'd like them or be able to use them at all the same places as Visa when I got my first Master Card but they're awesome. You can use a MasterCard everywhere now so it has become my back pocket best friend.

Love that after so long they up your credit amount and it helps build ur credit. The apr isn't as high as some cards. I love that you can use it anywhere. Wish that if you need to take money out from an atm it was free or didn't cost so much to transfer.
