Cutie is super hard to navigate. Website is not as user friendly. Not any extra perks for being a member. It’s a basic credit card. Wish there was some perks or rewards involved.

Their customer service agents are rude at times, even to long standing customers. they wouldn't let my dad use the restroom in the branch even though we have been customers for tens of years.
