I ordered a phone over a year ago. I never received anything but a sim card and no phone to insert it in. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why do they still have the government contact? This is a horrible company!

Awful. A scam. I live in a rural area and doesn't matter what phone I put it in, it is locked or says invalid. Then they keep sending me emails to activate. They are a scam. I'm going to put a complaint in with the FCC. This company should not be getting government to scam people and give them NO service.

If it was possible I’d give zero. They insist on sending a SIM card for which you have no p which you have no phone. All they kept insisting you pay $30 for a phone. They appear to be either morons or crooks. Avoid these people if you can. There are other options. Please find one. You’d be served.

Sometimes it won't let me text or call it gets frustrating. And if i have my wifi connected to my phone the call with wifi will drop out and i can't talk or text or anything.
