None of there employees know how to solve problems with my phone, several of them have screwed up my saved messages and now l cannot get any messages at all. Looking for a new phone company that has employees that know what they are doing and l have viruses on my phone that no one knows how to get ride of them.

On 01/28/2019 we had a terrible customer service experience at the S Dale Mabry store Tampa FL. No name tag and he would not give his name. Black hair in a bun. We are leaving metro pcs and encouraging our friends and acquaintances to do the same. Terrible, just terrible customer service. PLEASE BEWARE!

Don't get protection plan unless you break phones very often (monthly). They charge you s deductible that is half the value of the phone. Its supposed to come activated but won't activate and then you call as directed and they charge you to activate the phone. In the end its better to just start a new account. I got ripped off.

LTE data service is not good, I already called and explain to the "techs" they have and do not solve the problem. They do pump up the speed for a few days but after that the speed slows down. Usually when you have a few days left to pay your bill the speed gets pumped up.

extremely poor customer service. Also when I purchase a phone online from their website there was a mailinr ebate of $80 that I never saw. They kept lying that it ll take 6-8 weeks, when i moved another 6-8 weeks, finally they couldn't find it in the system. Scumbags.

1. I went there and pd 200 for a cheaper phone. I wanted to return it within 2 hours and pay$ 150 more for a better phone yet I wasn't allowed to. 2.the Manager lied to me when I asked her when her Boss would be there. 3. The store wasb't open during posted hours. The cheap prices don't compensate for poor sevice

My phone on 2nd line got stolen, trying to buy a phone at store they want $15 extra for activation fee on an active line! can avoid activation if phone is bought on line, but for a $19 phone they charge you $89 , then maybe they send you the difference in 3 months!!! Big scam ad run around no wonder they are refered to as metro piece of sh.....

Went to the location at 69th street in upper Darby and was disappoint by the lack of knowledge the store rep has. I ended up walking out with nothing and went to cricket where the process was smooth and easy. I got my hassle free phone from them and I'm very happy.

They should give u your full 30 days regardless when you bill is due. for example if you pay your bill in the 20th of a month and u miss the 20th of next month..but pay it on the 8 of the following month ur bull should not be due to weeks later..but on the due date that u paid it.

Overall its a good deal. It comes down to customer service right? Dont do your business with the one on Cheyenne and Rainbow in Vegas. Will make you second guess your whole decision. AT&T wasn't so bad afterall!

Metro PCS sold me a bad phone. The LG K10 never would work right. You had to plug it in to get the screen to light up or take the battery out and plug it back in. They do not stand behind their products and I was told the phone was mine and I could buy a new one. Absolutely no customer service.

I've been to 3 stores in the Brighton South Lyon Novi area of Michigan the salesperson's and managers are incompetent and aloof they don't want to give you any help. I have a Galaxy on5 phone by Samsung The service people do not know their product and they are very rude!!!

MetroPCS is an affordable cellphone carrier but data rates are slow at times. Customers are expected to pay a convenience fee when paying their monthly bills inside a corporate store which is very unfortunate. The customer service is pretty sub-par as well.
