It took me 15 minutes to even load this ratings page, please do yourself a big favor and never NEVER go through this company they lie to you about being the most reliable anything, big hassle to even get any help and for what you pay on a bill sure doesn't work at all, I'm lucky to even get 5g anywhere I go I can't even use my phone at home and I live in the city again please don't hassle with this company they are a sham! Very disappointing and un-American it's a shame we even have them to begin with!

Horrible 😱 Customer since Metro PCS started and it used to work. Now after the merger of millions of users from Metro, T-Mobile and Sprint on the same network and living in the same place coverage went way down and customer service is unable to resolve the problem. After multiple attempts to resolve the problems with tech support, I'm left with only one choice, look for another carrier

I feel highly disrespected and no cared about for being a customer. I bought 2 phones and neither of them have what we asked for, both of our phones hardly ever work and when I go into the store to receive help I get shoved to the side and told there nothing they can do. That I would be better off going to a different provider. I spend my hard earned money for these phones and their service and for what to be talked to like my money isn't good enough for them. I am highly upset and I want some changes done.

I've been overcharged on my phone fee, I've been assaulted by a store rep, I've been treated terrible by store rep and now I was solded a phone with defective software, paid full price for the phone toke it back 3 days later and was refused cash refund. And they say it was no fault of mine the phone is messed up. METRO IS THE WORST. I'D ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO USE METRO PCS PHONE SERVICE.

i been waiting since aug 23 for a refund that never showed post office said they dont have it. they told me 2 days after labor day then it was sept 14 or 15 then the 23 now its oct 1. the corporate office number doesnt work called 2 different ones 2145705800 and 2142652550 neither has a person to talk to. we should get a civil lawsuit against them.customer service said its been escalated numerous times and nothings been done. they even wont give my full refund only 77.50 of over 100 spent. 30 activation fee plus tax not refunded

I have 4 lines with MetroPCS. About a month ago we had severe storms and the cell tower by my mother house blew down. She hasn’t had service since then. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve called customer service only to get we don’t know what’s wrong. It’s pretty sad that no one from that company can figure it out. Im to the point of going somewhere else and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you want a company with good cell and customer service don’t use MetroPCS. They don’t care if you have service and won’t do anything about it.

if you break the phone screen of your phone and have a new phone to replace when you go online to log in to your metro by t mobile account and change the IMEI number for the new phone you want to use, the system ask you to enter a security code that it is sent to your break phone,this is ridicules,and there is nothing you can do about it,worse company ever, how am i going to read a text from a phone is screen broken???

The worst phone company that I have EVER had. Customer service is great. PHONE SERVICE is TERRIBLE... Like it does not work. You have to be in the city or a very populated area for the service to work. Go anywhere outside of city limits and you can forget it. I don't even consider myself having a cell phone anymore now that I'm with this company. I haven't even paid the bill because it doesn't work anyway... Very disappointing.

Plan is fine for low cost service. Customer service is horrible. Billing is inconsistent and you cannot trust the online portal to display what is owed, or when it is due. I have been suspended twice because of incorrect info on the portal, with no resolution by customer service. DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT A COMPANY THAT TREATS YOU RIGHT, IS CONSISTENT WITH THEIR POLICIES AND PLANS, AND CAN RESOLVE ISSUES WHEN THEY CAUSE THE ISSUES AND ALL YOU ARE TRYING TO DO IS PAY YOUR BILL.

No matter how many times I call and no matter how many times I file tickets the problem has yet still been fixed. The company has turned into a joke. The customer service Representatives seem to know nothing about how to fix problems. And when you ask them for a supervisor, the supervisor is always conveniently busy. it seems as if nobody from this company truly cares what is going on. No relation to know how to fix the problem.

Too many rules and limitations with this carrier. I also have experienced slower service compared to T- mobile. Additionally, trying to port over any new unlocked phones to the service requires Customer Service and an unreasonable amount of time to do a fairly simple task. I'd suggest staying with T-Mobile for more seamless service all around.

DON'T GET MetroPCS. Where I live, the coverage is so bad that calls get constantly dropped and service is always at 1 bar or no service. If you really want to save $60 or so on an unlimited plan and can't get AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon, at least check the coverage map for where you live. AT&T and Cricket cover my entire area reliably while MetroPCS and T-Mobile have spotty coverage literally everywhere (Connecticut and New York).

The one thing MetroPCS seems to ignore constantly is their resolve for a faster, better network. With the "unlimited data plan" I find myself with so much slowness, sometimes I can't even log online or use apps like YouTube even though I've yet to reach that infamous level where MetroPCS throttles my "unlimited" plan. I don't plan to pay too much for this sub-par service.

This is the worst foreign cellphone company all they can say I am sorry they can not correct the situation. The last cellphone bill I had with them they charge myself a 102 dollars, 60 dollars, and then before they would correct the situation they suspended my line saying I owed them another 56 dollars. This consist of nothing but for one cellphone. PS phone was under warranty but they said I would still have to buy the parts because it had been nothing more than a retroactive phone. Beware of this company very deceptive, and all they can say I sorry.

Metro pcs is scamming their customers, their website for the alcatel go flip has just one five star review , the website doesn't let you write a review, they just planted a bogus review to sell phones. i purchased one on a 50 dollar rebate offer, the fine print states you have to have it connected for 2 months, mine stopped working properly after 36 days . no rebate and phone doesnt work, at least tmobile lets their customers honestly review the alcatel go flip at a whopping 2 stars.

My husband and I changed to this phone company in October. The worst thing I have ever done. The service sucks. Dropped calls Everytime I use this phone. 90 % of text I dont get or the people dont get mine. Anytime I google anything it says not available. My husband is disabled. Money is tight thats why we changed. I hope I can change service one day.

Lost everything in hurrican Harvey metro pcs has shown me that I as a customer for over 4 years it's all about the money cut my services over $90 mind you never missed a payment in over. 4 years had to call in over. 7 times all for them to tell me that I qualify for a $30 credit but I have 3 lines as soon as I can get everything back together I'm done with METRO PCS and I thought boost was bad metro pcs is the worst not feeling the love and the only reason you get that star is because of the representative that I spoke with last

I've been trying to unlock my son's phone for weeks and all I get is the runaround. He has moved to China and wants his phone unlocked and can't do it from there. Metro PCS tells me one day: "Apple has to unlock it!" then when nothing happens for a week (we were promised 3 days) they say "Metro PCS has to unlock it" RUN_A_ROUND, and still no one will help. AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COST!

I have never had so much problems with a phone provider. It took a hour for me to be able to speak with someone. All the local stores I called either didn't answer or phone went straight to voice mail. The MY Metro app kept rejecting my card to add data and then suspended the service over $5 that didn't even go threw. This will be the last month I use this phone.

I'm in San Bernardino CA. Service is absolutely horrible. It's same as Sprint. I gotta outside to make a call. Any video just buffers. I drive all over SoCal for work is reason I switched to tether to WiFi. It's a little hard to do with weak connectivity. I'm going back to Cricket. Rarely ever a problem, similar to ATT which I had prior but almost double the price. If your in SoCal, don't waste your time with Metro PCS

I recently brought the ztc max pro I had problems with charging the phone the second time I tried to charge it so I had to send it back.( had the phone for 4 days) Then they ship me another one now this one wouldn't charge with the charger that came with the phone neither so I brought I another charger. Then the fingerprint will not work and it's a brand new phone. This is the worst phone service I have every encounter. I have tried many phone brands such as boost mobile, virgin mobile, straight talk, and at&t and they all have worked better than this phone.

The service works fine and i'm happy with my phone, but they gave me a phone number of someone who had this before me and I'm getting calls for this lady "Poochie" 6 months later. Plus I get texts and automated calls from her kids school. Aldo I have not been able to set up my MetroPCS.com account. Every time I try it says my email is already in use. I think that lady still has her account set up with that phone number. No one at this company knows who to fix it and now Mymetro app on my phone doesn't work either.

Upon starting their service was told coverage in my area was good. Within the first day, multiple dropped calls. No signal what so ever if inside, even inside the car. Could take up to 10 minutes for text messages to go through. A couple friends also had MetroPCS service with the same issues. Only place I got decent and consistent service was in the Chicago area. Then when went to transfer service and port my phone number, they refused to give account number and password to me to complete porting. Bill was paid through app on phone, never had account number. Had to change the password for the app repeatedly because of data compromise.

to be honest this company is ok the service is alright not my go to but, if your on a tight budget id recommend it. just be aware you get what you pay for. the phones are cheap quality for the most part like after you purchase your phone it works fine but starts to malfunction eventually there always discontinuing phones too as far as the service goes its mediocre signal drops in certain areas and can be a pain when it starts delaying

Metro is terrible! Their service is sub par at best! Sitting in my own home can't even get a signal! Unlimited data is not even close to what it should be considering once you get to a certain point, yes it's unlimited but slows to snail speed rendering it basically useless!
