Terrible. I wanted to switch to Credo because they promote environmental causes. I called them and they told me that my service charges including taxes would be cheaper than my existing Verizon plan. They also said I get a free phone upgrade if I signed up for a two-year contract with them. I asked them if their insurance plan was the same as the one I had with Verizon. They said yes. What they didn't tell me was that the insurance plan that they had carried a $200 deductible whereas the one I had with Verizon was only 90. I signed up with them and they sent me a phone with no warnings of how slippery it was and how it was made out of glass. Within 3 days before I could get a good cover on it which I had to research to find online, I picked it up and it's literally slipped out of my hand and fell a couple feet on the floor and cracked. They thought it was real funny that I would want to get a new phone from them and now I am stuck with a 2-year contract with a cracked phone and can't wait to get out of this contract and go back with Verizon. Then I found out that they're just a subsidary company of Verizon. My bill is the same as it was with Verizon and not cheaper as they said and sent the deductible to get a new phone is $200 I'm not able to afford to do that right now. n
