Boost mobile was great for me and my family until we all got that message where we had to change our SIM cards. Now, all of our phones suck, because none of use get any service most places and the biggest one is, we don’t get service at our home! It’s either roaming or no service and it’s really frustrating, especially when I can’t make or receive important phone calls or texts. What am I supposed to do to fix this if there even is a way to fix it?

Please don't even consider switching over to this carrier, even on the $60 .00 plan their service is garbage and frustrating, searching for something or trying to do something online is almost impossible " frustrating " is the right word to describe their service and the customer service reps are even worse, I contac one of their customer service representatives and my service got even worse After that Please don't waste your time and especially your hard earned money with this carrier

I was previously a customer with Boost Mobile since 2016. Today I switch carriers due to the terrible service I have received since they were purchased by Direct TV (AT&T). I have had issues with texting and on February 7, 2022, I couldn't text, make calls or receive calls. I contacted Boost 4 times and no one could assist with what the issue was even the so called manager. You can't understand the representatives because the customer service numbers go to another country. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They receive a grade of F from from me.

I have tried over and over to get help with a password that isn’t right on a portable hotspot that I bought thru boost. I have been sent 9 different places by phone and still have no idea what to do with a wrong password It’s absolutely ridiculous I’ve never been given the run around like I have here. The want you to take care of your issues yourself thru the website only! They have no idea what to do in this situation! SMH, time to step up Boost! This is so sad to see a company this clueless with their own product!

I placed an order online on 11/26, received the goods on 11/26, and requested a return on 11/29. The customer service told me that it has been more than 7 days to return the goods. It turned out that they started counting from the day you placed the order, not the day you received, so I suggest that if want order any phone from boostmobile.com ,remember to call immediately after placing the order to request a return, because it is too late to call after you receive the goods!

I got a Samsung A10e a couple of weeks ago. Note that it had the unlimited data plan. I dont live in any city areas and the data plan doesn't make sense no matter where I am! One second I'm sitting in the bleachers in my schools gymnasium. The next, I go to my weight lifting room, hardly far away from the gym. And guess what? THE MOBILE DATA TURNED OFF! And there is a phone electricity tower right next to my school, it doesn't make any sense! The ONLY time I can call or text is when I'm out of wifi. Do NOT get the BOOST Mobile plans for any reason!

The worst cell phone experience I’ve ever had. Spent a whole week talking with multiple supervisors repeating my info and trouble shooting for them. I received approval 3 times to have my phone unlocked. Never unlocked phone. I sold it (I phone 11) and went with another provider. PEOPLE DO RESEARCH BEFORE CHOOSING BOOST MOBILE! There is a reason for the poor reviews

went into the Boost Mobile store to get the promotion on the hot spot device. agents took all of my information took pictures on their phones wrote my information down on a piece of paper then advised me that the program didn't accept my information and i could reapply, I personally think this is a ripoff even think my personal information will be shared with others they kept conversating in spanish in which i was not comfortable with THIS PROGRAM IS A RIP OFF BE AWARE. Had to many problem staying connected. Always in roaming. So i canceled service and have a credit of $80.00 which they will not refund and that's because when you go on MY BOOST its state i owe 80.00 so i made a payment for 80.00 and now i owe $160.00 , So when i first checked balance i had an $80.00 credit but there system tricks you into thinking you owe. So boost is ripping people off if they have a credit and decide to cancel service. BEWARE

I ordered a new Motorola phone from Boost Mobile website. The phone arrived but ended up being defective right out of the box (reboots constantly). Boost mobile refused to replace it after only 1 day of activation - they told me to call Motorola who in turn told me to call Boost. Their chat people are worse than useless, and their phone people are not native English speakers and are very difficult to understand. Tech support is essentially non-existant.

I like unlimited talk and text, and the service in my area is good. BUT I pay for the best data plan they have available and I am constantly encountering lag, drops, and overall poor download speed. I imagine they are throttling me, but it has gotten much worse over the past year. I can't even stream a live lecture continuously. I would NOT recommend.

Unlimited plans that go over their suggested data usage revert to 2g data. 2g data is practically unusable. You cannot use most apps and using something like google maps will take minutes(if it even works) just to load your destination. It was a recent change they made and just slid it by with a innocuous text message that almost all people probably ignored. It was a service canceling decision. It's not Unlimited data!!

We had a horrible experience with Boost! Very poor customer service and they signed us up for a plan that we never agreed to - and then told us we HAD to buy one of their phones in order to activate the account. When we refused, they told us we had to still pay the very large bill for a plan we did not ask for. It took over 7 hours of speaking to customer service reps to remedy this. And when we would ask for a manager, we were always told there was not one available and we would have to go to a Boost store.

STAY AWAY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Stuck with their very poor service in order to get my phone eligible to be unlocked. After 12 months of their lies, they blacklisted my imei for some reason then tell me there's nothing they can do for me because I'm not longer a customer. Liars and outsourced BS customer service. I have never dealt with such an unscrupulous company.

I have 4 phones that got kicked over from Virgin Mobile to Boost. No warning, no messages. All the phones are on the pay by the minute plan, so every 90 days money must be added. One of the phones got moved over a day earlier than the others. When I went to add money to that phone I was a day late. Boost took my balance of $156.21 and would even listen.

Do not change aver to Boost Mobile. The service roams a lot and after get the phone you can’t talk to anyone to get your account number to change back to a new service. You can’t change and keep your number unless you have the account number. I have been on the phone for over two hours waiting for customer service. If I could give a negative number I would.

Until recently I have been very happy with Boost. Now I am moving to a location that is not covered by Boost and need a new Carrier. In order to make the move while keeping my number, I need to know my Boost Account Number. It is not shown on my Account Online. Boost Chat Room is CLOSED. Calls to Boost are on hold with the most atrocious sound playing. Calls to stores are not answered. I realize that the Coronavirus is causing issues, but this is totally unacceptable!!!

Lmfaoo. 80$ phone plan I use for business “UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED DATA” is a joke. I used the data cap in about a week. Ever since then, it takes more than 2 minutes (no exaggeration) to load a single safari page. And it even says gaming speeds up to 8 mb per second 😂 that’s funny because, every single online game I tried I was sitting at 200+ ping the entire time... do not waste your money on this plan.

Company lied to me. I made decisions to pay for several hundred dollar phone because customer service promised I could port my number over. They ran me around for three days and then told me that couldn't happen. I wasted hundreds of dollars and time, and now they tell me I can't get a refund... EVEN THOUGH THEY LIED TO ME. After going back and forth on their online chat, and on the phone, I was hung up on by a POS supervisor. AWFUL, SERIOUSLY AVOID THESE LYING THIEVES!

I hate boost I’ve had them for almost 4mths!! Internet is supposed to unlimited high speed 4g it is not!! I called customer service once to inquire why I was it receiving internet service the lady asked for my zip code and replied it was due to a tower near me which was being audited mind you I wasn’t even at home nor near my side of town at all during this call smh.. It’s very slow you can’t use internet while on a call nor receive multi media messages it’s pure garbage I’m going to take my iPhone to another company after it’s jail broken.. I will never refer them to anyone!!

Boost mobile offers good plans but there high speed WiFi is not high speed. It is always extremely slow. Only get 2 bars. Takes forever to download. Websites come up slowly. I have 5mg high speed and it’s never fast. It’s gotten worse since I signed up years ago. Can’t email customer service anymore.

Boost is soooooo unreliable it shouldn’t even be a company! The internet is my main complaint- it moves sooooo slow and then sometimes it doesn’t even work!! If I was getting kidnapped I know for a fact that I wouldn’t be able to rely on the service from boost to help me!! The service is crap and I absolutely HATE IT!!! If I could give it a zero I would. Towers are always down. I haven't been able to use the phone for a week now so I finally just asked for a refund. First I was told I can get my refund now they say I can't because I don't have a receipt even though they can see I went to the store and just paid it. Terrible coverage. Don’t ever buy a phone from this company! They lock the SIM card then they make it absolutely impossible to get the sim unlocked. I paid $900 for a iPhone 8 Plus that is now useless. Customer care told me to find a boost mobile customer and sell the phone to someone who has boost. What a sham and how greedy to hold someone’s property to your service that sucks!

Customer service has no real solutions for the problems with the phones charging and data issues! Read a review on how boost mobile is supposed to be getting better, however, that review was from the year 2014!! I will be switching all lines back to my previous carrier!!!

Horrible service paying for 4g service. Haven't received it they have a chat site the people who responded sound like robots.They keep telling you it's a tower problem and just wait or they have you reset your phone None of it works.Here is the thing they Won't unlock your phone even tho they are not able to give you what your paying for.It should be against the law. I called customer service yesterday because my internet was running very slowly . the man who assisted me changed my number without my authorization. Now a number that i have had for years could be completely gone. There has to be rules or something. Because it was done without my permission by their customer service. I purchased a phone from boost mobile on October 18 2018. it arrived on October 23. I charged it once and it worked fine then I tried to charge it again and it would not charge. I contacted boost on October 28th. I was informed the phone could not be returned or exchanged because it was past 7 days from purchase. I was left with a broken phone and no customer service.

Started a new service plan with Boost (their best option, even) on the 1st of this month, never had more of an unreliable, off-and-on unbearably slow service with any other provider I've used. I thought maybe it would kick-in after a few days, week tops. Going on week 2 now, and I'd say maybe, maybe 1% of my service used has been even remotely decent. From loading videos, downloading apps, or even just simple Google searches, I either get some connection error or it takes an unreasonable amount of time. Boost lost a customer for good, and I wouldn't ever recommend them.

Customer Service sucks! Called about an issue for 2 weeks straight and it wasn't resolved. Ordered a new phone and PAYED for the order to be expidited the next day, then the phone I purchased comes 4 days after that. Very inconsiderate and inconsistent. Go with another carrier. RUN!!!DO NOT BUY FROM BOOST!!! Buyer Beware, they will not make it right with you. I did call Apple and it is not an Apple issue. I bought an i phone 6 from them and there is no call waiting feature in the settings under phone. I did a 3 way call with apple and boost and the apple representative explained that it is not an apple issue to the boost carrier. Save yourself the HEADACHE!!

Three days after opening up two accounts with boost, i recieve a text from boost stated that, i will recieve my next month service will be free, i went in on site to recieve credit, the customer service person had no idea what i was talking about so i show her the text, she stated i should call boost, i did, then i was rerouted back to site, false advertising,,,,

i have problem international calling , three weeks have the same problem , calling customer service every three days , troubleshoot phone , wresting one hours every time , says technical will call you in 48 hours no one call , last month have the problem call with one number , today i cant call any number , i have service 15$ with 180 mins free , why why , when i ask my account number they give it to me , i can understand that why you losing customers , coz bad service i think , thanks boost .

Boost offers good pricing for their phone plans, I was happy with my monthly rate. However their service was very spotty and I could not get service, make calls, send texts or use the internet in places friends with other cell phone companies had no issues at all using these services

you get what you pay for. it was cheap, easy to get a phone and the price was decent. Customer service over the phone was awful, i couldn't understand what they were saying, they had a strong accent. customer service in office was helpful. i was able to fix my credit and qualified with another well known phone company.
