  • Total Plus
  • Total Convenience
  • Total Premier

Hi, Just want to say, please all that are thinking of buying with this company READ THE FINE PRINT, they claim alot of things and say all is covered when in reality its not, example, they claim superchargers or turbos covered, yes, internal parts anything else controlling or in the turbo system is not, very vaigue on alot of things. lights or electrical not covered, radio or in car gps not covered, alot of non wear and tear items are not covered. Please read carefully, Salesman promised alot was covered that later reading page 14 of contract is not!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

TOTAL SCAM! PAID REVIEWS! BE AWARE! Please if you are in search of a real, valid, insurance company KEEP LOOKING!!! They denied the only claim I ever made without a reason whatsoever, arguing back and forth and making up excuses to get away with it. $5,000 policy and they didn't even cover a legitimate compressor replacement.

I spent 8500 dollars buying extended warranty from this company for my Porsche. The covered nothing when I got repair and submitted a claim. I am exhausted talking to their representative for last few weeks and trying to see if I can get some help on resolving this matter. I will not suggest this place for others.

I have been a customer for over a year. 3 Claims filed 3 Claims denied. Customer service will not work with you, and will not cover parts listed in the contract as covered parts. Be aware of Faulty VS Wear in contract. They will not cover your parts.

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. All I wanted was a confirmation email that I cancelled the service within the satisfaction guarantee period. Called at least 15 times and send several emails, voicemails, but no callback. The 844 and 888 numbers isted in the emails will not work. John M. is a rep who is all sweet when signing up, became the worst rep after signing up. Will not send an email of cancellation, gets very upset when asked for an email confirmation. Also talked to Matthew in the billing department. Both Mattew and John say 'you want an email cancellation confirmation for $100?" I sincerely believe that all the positive reviews are made up by bots. No way the way they talk to customers will earn any positive reviews that they gloat over every 1 min of conversation.

they are the worse warranty ever they give all wrong information in the beginning and after that they don't treat you good and they don't want to listen to you all the do just keep saying you're not covered. be careful guys these people are fraud they will not cover anything what you'll say they will bring out something from the contract to deny your claim. this happened with me.

Horrible customer service denied our claim based on a prior issue that was resolved and had completely nothing to do with out problem now I called this company everyday for two weeks never got a call back and everytime I talked to them they tell me a different reason for denying the claim
