My daughter had a tire blow out. Road side assistance showed up within 20 minutes. Very reliable. The very next day she had a small fender bender and cracked the oil pan. All thoe charges would have put me behind , I'm so glad we chose Total Auto Protect

My extended warranty package with these guys covers all my repair problems, my cars get serviced on a regular basis and this is one of the reasons I love the Total Auto Protect guys, they deliver very high quality services at a good price. One of the things I like best is you are rated 10 out of 10 ratings for your extended warranty protection and had the amazing $750.00 discount special plus Zach H, my representative provided a military veteran's discount with a zero dollar deductible which I very much loved too. And will also receive an extra month free. Zach did excellent job providing info & explaining you do not use middleman like Endurance does. And you work with all dealerships in the USA & Canada.

This company is a thief! Jason W will say anything to try to get your money! Even though they have a 30-day money-back policy, I emailed them twice asking them to refund my deposit, they just won't and refuse to refund my money! Such a bad guy/company, now I gotta do what I have to justify and so glad I did not sign up with them ending up losing so much money!

I’m going to tell the world about this company the reviews are fake , they only taking your money and when it’s time to file a claim they are not the same people u we’re dealing with in the beginning. You will not get a contract thank God after calling 5 times I finally received it. Now they are threatening online to file legal action yet another lie don’t believe them I’m telling the truth and they are BIG mad that I’m not blind to this company deceit to consumers . I have all my documentations to prove I just purchased the vehicle I have proof I had an inspection done before I got the warranty . I had no damages nothing was wrong with the vehicle and I also have the contract to prove you guys breached it.. Lied on the dealership which is why I put you guys on the three way together. Send your lawyers this way so we could discuss how to settle the breach of contract . I’m waiting

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. All I wanted was a confirmation email that I cancelled the service within the satisfaction guarantee period. Called at least 15 times and send several emails, voicemails, but no callback. The 844 and 888 numbers isted in the emails will not work. John M. is a rep who is all sweet when signing up, became the worst rep after signing up. Will not send an email of cancellation, gets very upset when asked for an email confirmation. Also talked to Matthew in the billing department. Both Mattew and John say 'you want an email cancellation confirmation for $100?" I sincerely believe that all the positive reviews are made up by bots. No way the way they talk to customers will earn any positive reviews that they gloat over every 1 min of conversation.

Hi, Just want to say, please all that are thinking of buying with this company READ THE FINE PRINT, they claim alot of things and say all is covered when in reality its not, example, they claim superchargers or turbos covered, yes, internal parts anything else controlling or in the turbo system is not, very vaigue on alot of things. lights or electrical not covered, radio or in car gps not covered, alot of non wear and tear items are not covered. Please read carefully, Salesman promised alot was covered that later reading page 14 of contract is not!!! BE CAREFUL!!!
