Customer service is very prompt and very custerous.
Whenever I speak to one of the representatives, they are always attentive, professional and friendly. The employees are knowledgeable and answer all of my questions in great detail. My car is currently the shop and I'm waiting to see how many of my items that are needed to be repaired are approved and taken care of and how long is process takes. It has been in the shop at Autohaus for over 1 week. I am eagerly waiting for my repairs to be completed and how much deductible I have to pay.
I needed a jumpstart and had left the policy information at home. I called customer service, they looked up my information and got me connected wirh the right department. They were then able to get a provider to cme and jumpstart my van

Because we saw CarShield on the TV we originally asked for a quote but found out what a good deal it was we knew we had to take advantge of it today. We were not pressured to do anything . The Customer Service Representative was very kind, patient and knowledgeable with everything. We have had our one vehicle for 15 years but it has low mileage so we knew we needed a special warranty. He was also was able to get us a deal for two vehicles and we were able to set up a life time warranty for both under $200. We would recommend CarShield to all who are looking for a vehicle warranty.

I received an email about the price going up in February. I found out that was just for people that wanted to purchase CarShield. The lady I talked to straighten me out. I just wanted to make sure my price wasn’t going up.

I see a lot of reviews on here about denied claims, but myself being a smart and responsible consumer have Never had that problem. I was offered a review period to see my contract in writing, and I made sure to choose the plan that was beneficial to me.. I read the fine print and took note of what exactly was covered, and instead of filing claims on parts I knew weren’t covered, I filed them on things I knew WERE. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU USE THE COVG!!!!!
I experienced the same issue today. I called to get a quote and I literally had to hang up on Anthony the sales rep. He was very pushy. I explained to him several times that I was calling to get a quote. I will not be calling them back.
I called to get a quote. I said I wasn't going to be getting anything at this time I'm just looking to get a quote. The response I got on the phone was threatening. "What if your car brakes down on the highway? what then? and if you don't sigh up now you'll lose your discount" I said no and thanked them for there time. There reply "So are we putting this on a card?" I just hung up the phone after that.
My trasmission claim was covered quickly.
It's a scam. Would not cover my repair. Beware.
You pay into your policy and then they deny your claim. Scam artist.
They make false advertising about warranty for your car and do not except your claims!!!!!
