Overall, I was satisfied. I guess I bought a vehicle six months ago with this warranty within six months my transmission went out. It was towed to two different shops at my expense, and was diagnosed that the transmission was gone and needed to be replaced. The service shop that I sent it to called the warranty company got the claim processed everything was a very speedy process. I got it back in a reasonable amount of time and a holiday weekend. The only issue that I really had a problem with was the warranty company was trying to send a transmission that had the same amount of miles pretty much, 25,000 miles short shy of what my transmission had before it went out I felt as if it was pointless to put a used transmission in the vehicle with that amount of miles on it knowing I had issues already with the transmission so I did come out of pocket at $4000 of my own money and they only covered a small amount of the fees !
