Through American Dream Auto Protect, any certified and trained mechanic that has been recognized by the American Society for Engineering Education can do repairs on the vehicle. A common complaint of users with other extended car warranty providers is that it is difficult to find a mechanic in-network to do the repairs. That is not the case with American Dream Auto Protect as any ASEE-certified mechanic qualifies and is in-network.

Make and Model Restrictions

Not all cars qualify for warranties available through American Dream Auto Protect. While other extended car warranty companies may cover any vehicle (at an increased cost), American Dream Auto Protect has some restrictions in terms of makes and models of vehicles accepted under its plans.

Additionally, American Dream Auto Protect has a year cut-off date in terms of qualifying vehicles. Cars older than 2007 will not be eligible for any of the extended car warranty plans offered by American Dream Auto Protect.
