We currently have a car loan through Mountain America. They were so easy to work with the get our loan. We had a little trouble figuring out how to make payments because we never received a payment book but when we called they were quick to help us.

We've had a car loan through Mountain America in the past, and the service was great. The only thing I don't like about Mountain America is their website. I've had products there and their website just seems almost unprofessional compared to other credit unions and all banks I've used. I prefer to use banks, but the service for the loan was great, and the employees have always been great as well.

I currently have an auto loan with Mountain America. They have been great to work with and the customer service is always great. I don't think their rates are quite as competitive as other credit unions, however.

We have had several loans through Mountain America. They are always very helpful when dealing with them over the phone or in person. They are good to notify you if you've misplaced your bill or if you've lost it... They are understanding and want to help you!

We financed our last car with Mountain America and the process went smoothly and quickly. We were able to pay off our car without any difficulty and when we sold it they were able to print off the title for the car dealership with out a hitch. They are a very reliable company.

I've been with MACU for over four years now and I've really enjoyed having them as my bank. I wish their print out instant debit cards were better quality. I've also had better experiences going into a branch for customer service rather than over the phone. They're more willing to help you in any way they can.

The car loan process pretty simple. The only thing I don't love is that MA doesn't love doing loans on vehicles 5-10 years old so the rate was a little higher.
