We found a car we liked. Everything went smoothly until the day of delivery. We were paying cash so they had our bank info and we already added it to our insurance. We received an email the night before delivery confirming delivery on Friday. Friday morning we received a call from Brian in Albuquerque saying that the cars delivery would be delayed till Monday because they could not locate the car. He said we should have received an email but we had not. Meanwhile we sold our car and had no transportation. It seemed to good to be true. And it was! E. Morales

I wasn’t so pleased with my experience. Unprofessional customer service. Seemed the workers didn’t know they’re job and always had to put you on hold to ask a question. Didn’t receive my tags 2 months after turning my paperwork in. They said because of the state I was living in so don’t buy a car here if u live in North Dakota. No clear warning of it. Besides that the car looks great but I think I can thank Honda for that.

My experience was not a good one. Went through process all the way to the last step, the payment process. I call to apply a referral voucher and the rep lets me know in a cheerful voice that the car is not available and is locked by another person. Was under the understanding that once you start going through the steps it locks the car and gives you time to complete the payment step at the end. Why would their system let you continue to go through the steps of purchase if the car is no longer available?? Cannot recommend Carvana. Complete waste of time!

Well I bought a car at the end of May and I just noticed that the back bumper is off on the side just a little bit I took it to Hyundai dealership they said who ever had the car before me replace the clip on the fender and didn't do a good job so now I'm stuck with a broken fender that I have to pay 800 for if I want it fixed mind you I've only had the car for four months And they said it was fixed once before so yeah I bought a damaged car and they don't care so much for working hard to have something nice when It all goes bad ugh don not recommend carvana check your car through

I ordered a Nissan Armada Platinum two weeks ago. The family was excited about getting a new SUV. Then I find out today that it's not in fact a Platinum but a bottom of the line SV. That is a unacceptable on behalf of Carvana. It is a really bad first impression as well. I can't believe you would let a customer believe they are getting a certain car "Platinum" and two weeks later you find out it is a SV. I will definetely be filing a claim with the better business bureau for deceiving business practices.

The purchase process was easy. However, the Navigation system on the vehicle did not work. I contacted the company and their solution was to have it repaired or return the vehicle. The customer service "advocates" were condescending in their responses (after being on hold for nearly 45 minutes). I would not recommend buying through Carvana - they don't offer good customer service after the sale and their solution is to inconvenience the customer with their mistakes.

I found a Toyota 4 runner 4x4 with a 3rd row seat online thru Carvana. Well basically you have to buy the car before you even see or test drive the vehicle. You can not see the vehicle first you have to buy then they will deliver it. You have to give them a copy of your dl, bank account, you have to give them the money for the vehicle, get insurance on the car, sign the buyer agreement before you even see the car. This has been horrible experience. I promise if they keep this business model they will be out of business very soon.

They approved me for a Nissan Altima told me I had to get insurance on this car before it could be delivered I went and spent over 300$ for full coverage insurance on car then they said I was denied because they were waiting for very from my job after I turned in numerous check stubs these people are a joke

Went all the way through purchase a vehicle. Then was told that my social security disability amount document was not recognized as income. So tried to switch to my wife. Carvana does not recognize military veterans id they said "she has to have a real id". I tried to become a paying customer So i wasted 4 hors dealing with this.

This process just seems to get worse. I've been trying to purchase a vehicle on here for 4 days and finally the delivery was expected tomorrow... but now it is delayed. I tried to go pick it up but my vehicle is in another state. So I am being told I have to wait an additionally 4 more days....?

Was on the phone for over an hour just kept Being put on hold to be informed car will not be delivered. Bad communication, all up to customer to find out where the car is.

Do not do business with them. They offer me $21,500 for my 2019 Honda CRV EX L with 9,600 miles. In the meantime they had one for sale with more miles for $28000. I went to Turnersville Toyota in New Jersey and got $24,500 for it.

Nothing is good about this company. They lie to you about the condition of the car and never ever sell your car to them. They offer way less than its worth and more than half the time the check will bounce because the company is broke. They offered me less than $500 on a car that was valued at over $4000 from different dealers and Kelly blue book.

carvana has disappointed me with repeated errors in processing my insurance to get the title and registration because the insurance card indicates the city of the insurance company and they think that means its my address. But its the address of the insurance company. My address is clearly indicated on the insurance card.

Dishonest company. Bought a truck from them with an odometer reading of 20k.....after the sale I checked the Carfax and it was clear that the odometer had been rolled back. Returned the truck and no I see it for sale again, advertised with 21k miles on it!

wanted to buy a 2013 x5 35i with 83000 from carvana, took the car to dealer for shaking steering and burnt oil smell. ended up it needed 5000$ worth of repairs. all oil gaskets from engine and oil filter housing and a fresh set of tires. their 150 point inspection is a joke !

Bought a car that had a bad front rotor. We didnt drove it very much so by the time it started to go it was 7 days over the 100 day warranty. If they inspect cars like.they say they do it should have been caught. Now I have to pay cash out of pocket.
