Grab A Gun has one of the largest online selections of firearms and ammunition available online. The range of weapons customers can buy extends from concealed carry guns to rifles and pistols as well as air-powered weapons for all ages. If GrabAGun doesn't have a particular gun already listed in their selection, they will find the firearm and get a quote for a price and provide it to the customer for order.

When using the search function, most of the time it does not find what is being searched for and pulls up related items instead. On many firearms, there are no images available, which those that do not know much about guns need to compare.

GrabAGun could improve search functions by providing direct search results.

Returns & Shipping

GrabAGun has a strict return policy, making it difficult for customers to return their purchased and ordered items. And for the few allowable conditions under which firearms can be returned, GrabAGun charges a 10 percent restocking fee.

In regards to shipping, GrabAGun is standard and will charge customers a $40 hazardous shipping fee to all primer and powder orders.

Refund Policy

As an online gun shop, GrabAGun has a strict refund policy due to the long ordering and verification process. Prices for guns fluctuate every day. Grabagun is a great site. I was worried by the weird name at first. They have an area on their site where u can locate an FFL near you. Then call that person to ask their fee. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they say the gun is in stock but after purchase u wait for shipping email and u ask when it will be shipped and they say usually within 5 business days. 5 business days to ship one item??? That’s not great. They need to work on that time. I did have to call there and ask a question and the guy was very nice and answered every dumb question I had even though I know they were busy. I’ve used them twice and will use again if I feel like waiting 5 days. I did save about $160 on my first purchase and about $95 on my 2nd purchase compared to Bass Pro prices

Ive done a few firearms transactions via website, but these guys have it dialed in. I was very excited to see the rifle I was looking for, was also at the best price, but was in low stock; the day before I ordered there was a notice that my rifle was out of stock, but later that day a couple came in and I got my "back in stock" email (which is a nice service). I wrote and verified that it was in stock, and that I wasn't likely to miss out. The ordering process was quick, efficient and easy, and their shipping was faster than I'd experienced with other companies. When the need to buy another firearm arises, Grabagun will be my first pick.

The advertising was weak, did not know exactly what I was getting [there are so many options] however, I did not care what color the gun was - but if color was important then it could have been an issue. I had done a lot of looking so I was familiar with what should come in the box. But my familiarity was based on the GOOD job other websites had done. Vendors need to understand that the internet lets us buy our toys when there is nothing else to do [I bought this gun on Memorial Day] NO opportunity to use a phone for clarification. Delivery went without a hitch, When a NEW gun is being sold then I think the seller needs to be on the hook - I was very nervous reading the reviews, since this was my first time. The gun arrived in NEW condition, BUT I had the FFL check it out before we did the transfer. My FFL lives 45 miles away; we live in Big Sky Country, so things do not happen instantly. When people are pushing me to hurry it makes me suspicious...

I've purchased multiple times from GAG and have never had any issues. They are quick to respond to questions and ship quickly as well. My only and I mean only complaint is I wish the items for more clearly described. For example I purchases a black MI rail the other day and realized after I purchased that the item was actually FDE. There was not mention of this on the main item page. Once I clicked over to "additional information i noticed "FDE" in the sku. Not a huge deal as I'll be cerakoting anyway but.... On to the Springfield XD Sub-compact 9mm Gen 2. Excellent looking firearm. Fits my had perfect. Solid build/feel. Should be a great CCW. Only thing I've noticed that seems a bit off is the mag release is tough to operate from the other side of the weapon. It's tight...have to really use some force to operate the mag drop from my opposite side.

I would've gave Grab a Gun a 10 but, I ordered a front sight for a revolver and they sent out the wrong sight, I know this is minor, but I called customer service and the guy said I had to take pictures of the sight and package and send it to the Support Dept and they would investigate and they would email me. that afternoon I got 2 emails from 2 different Support reps, 1 rep name was Joe, said that I needed to email pictures of the sight and package to see if both items were suitable to resale and I could exchange the sight for another or I could get a refund, but either way they were going to charge me 15% restock fee. I told him that I emailed 5 pictures of the sight and package, The 2nd email I got from Noah, he stated that Grab a Gun was responsible for sending the wrong item that I did ordered the right sight and regretted that I received the wrong item, that he was sending me a Return Authorization number and a shipping label to ship wrong item back and once Grab A Gun receives the wrong sight, he was going to ship out the right sight no charge. It is easy to order on Grab a Gun website and their Prices beats all the other web stores that sale guns or gun accessories. I have decided if I ever do need any more gun stuff I'll get it from Grab A gun, seeing they made it right on the wrong item.

They've improved, thankfully! So GrabaGun hasn't had the best reputation lately. Like most online stores, things go well 90% of the time, so customer service is irrelevant. As long as the price is right, all stores are fine in those cases. It's how stores deal with things when things don't go great that I care about. And in this case they took care of it. Somehow their store defaulted an inexistant address to my account. That address was a combination of a foreign billing address and the USA. That was a computer issue, which can happen. Since it was ammo it was going to be dropshipped so cancellation wasn't possible. I called them and once they started telling me that it was out of their hands, and that changing the address would cost a fee of 20-30$ (from the dropshipped), I was starting to get mad. However they promptly were able to cancel the order after I hung up, so I could place the order again. No fee was charged nor any amount withheld, and while I was nervous during the first hour, everything went fine. So I'm happy that they've taken note and improved their CS! Hopefully they keep it up.

Customer service has been excellent anytime I’ve called. There was an issue with my order having to reship, (completely of my own fault) They were on top of everything and very courteous. You don’t have to do the work for them. Great job guys!! I’ve talked to multiple people from someone (sorry I didn’t get a name) answering the phone to customer service to returns on more than one occasion and EVERYONE has been great. I would highly recommend grabagun to anyone just for the customer service alone!

I used to work at a good size gun store where I had all kinds of discounts. Sometimes I could get "employee price " straight from manufacturer and it was much cheaper than store paid to distributors. One time I've purchased new revolver from Grabagun because it was over $130 cheaper from the price I was getting from distributors. All together I've purchased few guns from grabagun, fast service and best prices.

Purchased Smith & Wesson Performance Center 629 2 5/8" barrel price was great shipping was short, but Smith & Wesson has to do a better job packaging their product! Brown paper was shredded in The flimsy plastic case it comes in, and there was some slight scratches! And it's a performance center firearm! Appears that a chimpanzee packaged it and threw it from Texas to New Jersey! Not grab a gun's problem. Probably will call Smith and Wesson and complain.

Purchased s&w mp15 sport II ordered on Tuesday a.m, came to my ffl Friday mid day, I called before I ordered because I had a few questions, guy who answered phone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, gun came in good condition had no issues, was a little uneasy about buying online but everything worked out for the best, I would definitely come back again. i have an ar12 gage by leader arms witch is nolonger makeing guns pw arms now makes the closest thing to my gun you guys sell the matching mags for my gun only made in amrica not turky . thanks for haveing my parts mags in stock . and for the libs yes the clip thingy lol any ways for any one who owens a ar12 pw arms or learder arms from turki thes guys have your mags i will defnetly shop here agen . the guy i spoke to on the phone dudnt say thay would fit gave me the option to retuern them but thay fitt :)

Very pleased with my experience with this store. I have yet to shoot the Glock 19 Gen 4 that I purchased (due to all the hoops one has to jump through in NY) but I'm sure it will be everything I'm looking for. There is a vast selection of firearms to review as well as plenty of detailed information pertaining to each one. The prices I thought were quite reasonable in comparison to other sellers. Also, I thought the delivery was just a bit long, but still acceptable overall. I would definitely consider this store again for future purchases.

I bought Trijicon HD sights for my Glock. I enjoyed using grabagun as their site is easy to navigate and the prices are hard to beat. My only complaint is that it took 3+days just to get my sights in the mail and shipped. Other than that it was a good experience and I will purchase from them in the future... I'll just have to factor in the wait time when I'm wanting my items by a certain day

What could stand improvement is the order status mechanism. My order was merely showing "processing" for almost a week, until I called. I never did get shipment notification from Grabagun. I purchased a Caldwell brass catcher for my AR-15 because I got tired of chasing my brass all over since I reload all my ammo. The Caldwell is simple, compact & once mounted functions very well. In my case the mount did not tighten up & stay in place, it was a couple of thousandths loose, I did get it secured by using a folded piece of paper & after contacting the company they are going to ship me another one to try. Once we get this figured out there won't be any problems, I did not have to chase any brass at all.

When I found out the pistol I wanted to order was not available I signed up to be notified when the pistol came in to their store. Delivery of firearms has always been faster than other online stores in my experience. Little tip for online shopping. Know what you are ordering before you order. Do your research first.

I've found great prices on Performance Center Shields that are very well made pistols with Rebates and I've been able to find all 3 Crimson Trace laser products that I wanted to buy before the rebates ended for the C.T. laser Sale. This is my first 1911 and I'm extremely happy with it. It has a great trigger, sights and it shoot very accurate. I did notice after 100 rounds or so the screws on the grip became loose. That a easy fix. Shipped was very very fast. I will do business with them again. Ƭ̵̬̊

I've made a couple purchases here.... a Taurus 111 G2, 9mm and a magazine loader.. Very happy with both orders! The Uplula mag loader is a must have if anyone is wondering about it.. and a great price for it here, even with shipping, cheaper than stores in my area. I would recommend Grab A Gun to anyone.

Had a hiccup with the shipping address, GAG put the wrong address of my FFL on the shipping label an honest typo as all the paperwork stated correct address, took an extra day but UPS got the package to my FFL. Would still buy from GAG again, best prices, fast shipping.

Product arrived as promised. 10 plastic boxes of .22 LR ammo wrapped together in small bubble wrap at bottom of box. Top layer of box was a molded foam "pillow" so contents stayed together in package. Unfortunately many of the plastic ammo boxes were shattered in transit.

I have bought many items and firearms from Graba in the last 5 years. If I ever had a issue, I called and they took care of it. Free shipping coupons didn't work, they fixed it. Best price I could find on Ruger SR 9 mags + $5 delivery. Order immediately processed and at my door in 3 days. Pro mag (always a hit and miss proposition) loader does not work with Ruger mags so this add on will have to be returned

Very good overall experience. A little bit of technical issues with accepting my local FFL information for shipment (selected from their options of ones they have on record).
